What is your cancellation policy once I book and pay for this reservation?
If your Arrival Date is more than 15 days from your reservation Origination Date you may cancel up to 5 days after the Origination Date of your reservation with a minimal charge of $50.00. After 5 days from the Origination Date, My Vacation Haven, LLC will not issue a refund without Travel Guard Insurance. If the Origination Date of your reservation is within 15 days of your Arrival Date, there will be no refund. Vacation insurance through Travel Guard is recommended. Please see your itinerary for details to purchase or call 1.877.249.5376 reference product 008574 P1 and account number 144952 for the best customer support. Refunds obtained from Travel Guard are subject to their policies and conditions. If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know immediately and if you purchased insurance through Travel Guard, contact them to start your claim. In the event of a mandatory evacuation a refund will not be given if the Guest does not purchase Travel Guard Insurance prior to the event being named.
Is there a damage deposit?

Can I book a one night rental?
Most of our properties have a 3 night minimum, but, you can book just one night, based on availability, if you are booking within 7 days of your arrival date.
Where do I find the security code on the credit card?
When can I purchase the Travel Insurance?
You can purchase the Travel Guard Vacation Rental Insurance at any time prior to when the final payment is due on your reservation. So, if you are booking within 60 days of arrival, then insurance can only be purchased at the time of booking. Or, insurance can be purchased up to 24 hours prior to arrival, but coverage would be more limited, contact Travel Guard for more information at 1.888.409.7749.
Is maid service available?
Yes, maid service is available for an additional fee. Services are performed Tuesdays & Thursdays only between 10:00am and 2:00pm.

· dust, sweep & vacuum - wipe down balcony
· remove trash and replace liners
· load dishwasher or unload and wipe counter tops
· remake the beds with existing sheets
· replenish amenities
· replenish towels

How can I get an amenities card?
Can I still play golf or tennis at Sandestin?
Yes, Sandestin(R) has three championship golf courses available for guest and public play – The Links Course, Baytowne Golf Club and Raven Golf Club. Please call for tee times and rates. Contact Info: Sandestin(R) Tee Times 850-267-821.

What pools do I have access to?
Can I use any of the gyms on property?
Bahia, Beachside Towers, Elation, Grand Sandestin, Inspiration, Pilot House, Lasata, Luau and Westwinds have onsite fitness centers for exclusive guest use. Other fitness centers include the Sandestin(R) Fitness Center, Serenity by the Sea Spa at the Hilton Sandestin(R) Beach, Gold’s Gym and Destin Health & Fitness. Do I get a discount on anything at the Resort or in the area?
Yes, My Vacation Haven wants you to have the best beach vacation possible, so we have secured a wide array of discounts on fun activities, dining, shopping and services for use during your stay. We provide “added fun” discounts, valued at over $1300, when you book your vacation with My Vacation Haven! These discounts are provided at our merchant partners in and around Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, with our provided coupons.
What supplies do you provide with my reservation?
Your reservation includes a one-time linen and towel set-up, an initial set up of trash liners, bathroom paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergent.
BEACH TOWELS - Bring your own beach towels, we do not permit towels to be taken out of the unit. Do not take unit linens to the beach or pool. All condo linens must remain in the condo.
How can I get an amenity card at Tops'l?
Arrival & Departure
If I get there early and no one is there, can I check in early?
We have moved our standard check in time from 4pm central to 3pm to accommodate an earlier arrival for our guests. We can provide an early check in of 12pm, for a fee of $50 plus tax ONLY if your accommodations are available. If you would like to take advantage of an early check in, please contact us 24 hours prior to your arrival so we can make adjustments to your door code and notify the appropriate parties. If you need a check in time before noon you will need to extend your reservation for one more night.
