This unit is situated in a serene lakeside neighborhood that is just a stone's throw away from the powdery white beaches of the Emerald Coast and the enjoyment of the golf course.

This charming home offers a small town feel and a beach vacation vibe all in one. On the first floor, you'll find a spacious front porch, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, dining area, and a screened back porch with TV and new high end BBQ grill with a view of the golfers. The oversized master suite with luxurious ensuite bathroom, a half bathroom, and a laundry room complete the first floor.

Upstairs you’ll find a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. Additionally, there’s another guest bedroom with two twin over twin bunk beds, a full bathroom, and an extra den space with a custom built in twin over twin bunk, desk and TV.

The beautifully landscaped Laurel Grove is surrounded by perfectly manicured lawns, lush tropical foliage, and pine trees that sway in the wind, creating a relaxing atmosphere that instantly puts you in vacation mode. You'll find several chairs and a dining table outside on the screened porch, perfect for lounging and enjoying the golf course views.

One 4-seat golf cart and one 6-seat golf cart is included with this property and available for your use. Cruise over to the community pool and fitness center or head to the sands of the Emerald Coast for some beach therapy!

    This is our third time to rent in Laurel Grove and did not disappoint. The rental had all of the essentials to cook at home. The covered rear porch was a stones throw from The Raven Hole #3. We may or may not have done some late evening chipping and putting. Having two carts was essential as we had some teenagers with us. All said, it’s a great place and we enjoyed our week.

    Very nice accommodations with good golf carts. Thought we may have AC issues when we first arrived but the staff was awesome and immediately responded. We will definitely recommend my vacation haven to friends.

    We had an awesome time. The house was great and the gulf carts being readily available was a great addition. They made it very nice to travel to the Wharf for dinner or games for the kids.

    House was great, I was concerned about being so far from beach but the golf carts is a great asset to the home. We loved going to the wharf for evening dinner and fun. We enjoyed it greatly except for the tornado on Monday but thank God all is well. Thank you.

    This home was beautiful inside and out!! Had lots of space and very clean! Had everything we needed and loved all the little soap boxes in each bathroom…we loved our stay and would go back!! Also I loved the little screened in back porch…was the perfect place to watch a storm that came through…thanks for everything!

    We have stayed at other vacation homes in the past but I must say that this home has been our favorite so far. Such a cute home! The location on the golf course and the close proximity to the pool were great! We loved the convenience of the two awesome golf carts as well. We will definitely be back!

    My families vacation rental experience was amazing! House was nice and clean and very spacious. Property management was very courteous and helpful. The neighborhood and villiage is beautiful and has everything u need in a golf cart drive distance. Iwould definitely be going back again!

    Amazing stay over spring break 2022 with my two teen children. In the past stayed at condos but this was new experience. The resort home recently redone, just beautiful. I loved the large sectional. perfect for movie time after beach day and the kitchen/grill setup worked great for my family/friends. The bedrooms were big and never seen 2 sets bunk beds which was helpful with sons friend staying. A must have. The 2 golf carts made everyone happy its quite a perk on vacation. Loved the community hot tub and pool which made our nights fun. We will stay again I'm sure !!!

    We decided on Florida for one of our vacations this year and after searching we found this place on the web. Booking process was easy and straightforward. I would recommend this place and MVH. Enjoyed the amenities and being near the water. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby.
