This bayside gem has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, sleeping up to 11 guests. The 1st floor features a guestroom with en suite bath, while the 2nd floor features a 2nd guestroom with en suite and the master bedroom. This spacious sanctuary offers a king bed, sitting area with fireplace, private balcony, and spa-like en suite. For younger guests, house them on the 3rd floor in their own space with 3 twin beds, HDTV, and full bath. On this trip, everyone will have the space and comforts of home to sink into Florida living the minute they arrive.

The 1st floor of this townhome hosts the main living area showcasing neutral tones and a spacious open concept floor plan.     Loved the location in a nice quiet neighborhood. Great for walking, golf cart rides, and a good view of the bay. The unit was very nice but just some general maintenance issues could be addressed but nothing that would deter from staying there again. Only wish was that it had a grill for outdoor cooking. The staff at MVH is always helpful and responsive.
    Love staying at this resort and will go through MVH again.

    Fun in the sun!

    Kitchen perfectly stocked with a keurig pot for brewing and k-cup brewing as well. Beds were comfortable and plenty of bathrooms to keep 11 people happy. Enjoyed walks to the bay at sunset. Golf cart has a blue speaker to hook up to. We didn’t use the pool in walking distance. The HOA kept saying it was jammed, but they kept changing the codes. Seems suspicious that they may not want people in the pool area, but I might be wrong. We drove to another pool in Sandestin. The only thing I would change is making a booklet giving helpful information about the area. We found Topsail state park to enjoy a less crowded beach access. Loved the house though. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

    The unit was nice and clean, fairly large, very well equipped, in a great quiet neighborhood.
    My only complaint was the windows were cloudy and hard to see out of.
    Michelle and My Vacation Haven did a good job of making sure everything was satisfactory.

    Great place to stay the only thing is that they need sofa chairs to help people with bad knees to get up. The house was nice and clean and the beds was soft. The golf cart was a plus to have.

    Hidden Treasure- Just Book It!!

    Huge, beautifully decorated hidden treasure in the middle of it all with an extremely nice 6 seater golf cart included! We were able to cart to the beach with everything needed for a fun day at the beach available and included in the beach closet! The designated beach area had an inflatable obstacle course out in the beautiful clear water, a walk up bar, a restaurant and wave runner rental right on the white sand beach! After a spectacular day of fun in the sun we were able to cart over to Baytowne Wharf to continue our adventure with zip lining, completely free magic shows and a firework extravaganza! Don’t skip out on Big Kahuna water park which was also a hit with the kids! Tons of delicious restaurants/food options all nearby! I could go on and on about all the great things we enjoyed during our stay so just stop debating your choice and book this vacation spot, you will not be disappointed!
