Walk in and surround yourself with views of coastal delight both inside and out! Large balconies accompanied by large glass doors and windows offer natural light and bountiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and greater Destin area. From either of the two 17th floor balconies you can start your day or wind it down taking in the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico.

Host up to 8 guests in style and comfort with this beach retreat’s open floor plan. High end furnishing in neutral, coastal hues make relaxing inside a breeze. Relax, dine and cook together between the kitchen, dining and living room areas. Each are surrounded with large windows and balcony access to those beautiful views.

The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances, natural stone counter tops and a four-seat breakfast bar. A large pantry, plenty of counter space and the additional breakfast bar space will make meal prep, serving and clean-up easy – which means more time for the beach!

The master bedroom has a king bed, large walk in closet, and an en suite master bathroom with double vanities, large walk-in shower and oversized soaker tub. The two guest bedrooms also have en suite bathrooms, providing each guest with maximum privacy. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private balcony, and the third bedroom has a brand new set of bunk beds with two full size mattresses providing sleeping space for 4 people. There is also a pull out queen sized sleeper sofa in the living area so this condo will accommodate a total of 8 people.

    We had a great vacation with Vacation Haven. They called to check on us and make sure we were doing OK. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a good stay. Please get a dust pan in the condo. We seemed to bring alot of sand in from the beach.

    This unit is and end unit on the 17th floor with lots of natural light and a gorgeous view! Sand toys, beach chairs and an umbrella included. Just a few minutes to the beach with easy access. Easy walk to restaurant and bars. Could use a little updating but it was a great price and very comfortable. The queen bed in the queeen bedroom is a little small but it worked. Not sure it’s a standard queen. The kitchen is well stocked. Big balcony. Nice pools. Had a great stay and would stay here again.

    One of the best vacations so far. The property was big enough and well equipped for our groups of 4 adults and 4 kids. The management company was quick to respond to any minor issue. From the times we booked the property, we were given all details that helped us set our expectations accordingly.
    We were just 5 minutes walk from the beach and everyone had a great time. The swimming pools at the property were amazing too. Clean comfortable beds, easy check in and check out and amazing views. We will come back for sure.

    We stayed in 1701 at Ariel dunes II, It’s three bedroom three bath and very roomy. The beds were very comfortable, view of the beach and just a short walk to the beach. The pools are very clean. I have stayed at Ariel dunes II twice and will stay there again.

    Absolutely gorgeous views of both the Gulf and Bay side with large balconies! This condo was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Great communication from the managers and easy check-in with everything right on their App. Perfect location! So much available right onsite at Seascape. Restaurants, shopping, golf, tennis, fishing… something for everyone! The pools are great (huge and heated) and the beach is an easy walk right over the boardwalk and across the street to the beach access. Prettiest sand and water I’ve ever seen! We rented a golf cart and explored Scenic 98. So much to do right around the area but if you want to venture out, renting a golf cart was such a blast with the kids. We really enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to come back soon! We definitely plan to stay here again!

    Beautiful property with a great view. Had a couple minor issues with water shutting off because of water monitor system but the rental agency took care of it quickly when we would call. We had a great stay!

    Everything was beautiful. I love the view from the 17th floor. Can't wait stay in the exam unit again. The pics does no justice. You have to see for yourself. It's the garden tub that did it for me. The master bathroom was to die for. I was in heaven for 3 nights.

    We loved the layout and beautiful almost panoramic view of the city and the sea, especially on the night of July 4th. We ate dinner and watched the fire works from the balcony of the condo. What an experience for the kids!

    The condo was amazing! Beautiful view from large balcony, Short walk to White sandy beach, Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and beautifully decorated. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of the towels in the bathroom. I definitely plan to stay here again on future trips.

    This Condo is very comfortable and perfect for a visit in Destin. super close to the beach, great pool, fitness center and 4 really fast elevators!

    Very clean, beautiful view, loved the large balcony, swimming pools were so nice and we really enjoyed the pool that started out at 1ft and slowly went to 5ft! We will 100% be coming back ��

    Clean and comfortable but unable to figure out the TV in the family room and could not find the remote in the master sweet. Other than that it was great.

    Me and my family stayed at this beautiful condo for a week and it was a great choice. Once we arrived we were able to go straight to the room through easy instructions sent via email. Very clean and modern also had anything we could think of to cook. Nothing lacked here and the access to everything we wanted to do was perfect. Make sure to see the morning sunrise from the balcony. A wonderful place to stay.

    The vacation condo was great. It was clean and most importantly the beds were comfortable. It was fully equipped for cooking and a there were all the items needed for the trip to the beach! We love this place and will definitely rent it again on future stays in Destin.
