This unit features a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, oven with an air fryer, a large breakfast bar and a dining area. Located directly across from the balcony, you can gaze out over the Gulf while whipping up your family’s favorite foods and snacks. If you’re in the mood to relax, plop down in front of the 50” flat screen TV located in the living room and settle in for a movie night with your loved ones.

When it’s time to go to sleep, the master bedroom has a king bed and large en suite bathroom, featuring an oversized soaking tub, walk-in shower and double sink vanity. The best part of this room, however, are the views of the Gulf Coast and access to the balcony. Start your day by rolling out of bed and heading straight outside to some Florida sunshine and warm ocean air. Your guests will be comfortable in the second bedroom, which has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The sofa in the living room doubles as a pullout queen bed, perfect for accommodating additional guests.

The Silver Sands Outlet Center and Destin Commons are also located nearby for your shopping and dining needs.

    Wonderful Stay with an Incredible View that is Indescribable

    We stayed in unit 1803 from 12/28/24 - 1/3/25, it was amazing. I have never seen a sunset so beautiful. Beds were very comfortable, condo had everything we needed, the kitchen and bathrooms had boxes with essentials such as dishsoap, laundry detergent, cabinet wipes, and basic toiletries in a yummy white tea coconut scent. Each room has a nice TV with access to streaming, the balcony is spacious and has 6 chairs, the condo overlooks a pool, lake and ocean. It is very clean and communication was great. Now for our recommendations -Cabana Cafe (downstairs) was great, good service, wings were amazing and live music, lots of TVs for sports, they also have great ice cream lots of flavorsMezcal Mexican Restaurant - Great Happy Hour pricing on drinks and food and was walkableWhales Tale - Also walkable and their Key Lime Pina Colada is something to check out|, it is on the beach so very pretty at sunsetOcean Club - we did the pre fixe for NYE and food and service were great - it is an older crowd|Moo La La Ice Cream and Fudge - walkable next to Mezcal Mexican - great ice cream and best waffle cone I have ever had!!Pompano Joes - On the beach so great views, DO NOT SLEEP ON THE CRAB CLAWS, we had them sauteed in like a Cajun butter and even though it seems pricey worth every penny - so so so goodWe also did a spa day at Om Relaxation Spa, which we enjoyed, they had some good packagesAll in all amazing trip, great condo, and we can not wait to go back!     The view is incredible! The beds are comfortable! The kitchen is supplied with most anything you need! They even have a crockpot to cook dinner while enjoying the beach. You do have to bring your spices and food items of course. Beach chairs and some toys in the closet too. Easy access to the beach and many places to shop and eat out. Top quality stay! We come every year for the past 7 years. ❤️❤️❤️

    Have stayed in this condo on 2 occasions…very spacious. Kitchen has plenty of dishes, silverware, cookware if staying for an extended stay. Wonderful view from the balcony and within walking distance to several restaurants. My Vacation Haven was always available if I had any questions. Will continue to book through them.

    We have stayed in this condo several times during our vacations to Destin. The view is stunning, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We walked to get coffee and cinnamon rolls several mornings before spending the rest of the day at the beach or poolside. The condo is beautiful inside and has what you may need during your stay. We spent most of our time out in the balcony taking in the view. Highly recommend 1803 during your visit in Destin!

    This is my third visit to this condo and it definitely won’t be the last. Everything about it is perfect. Comfortable accommodations easy walking distance to beach and many great restaurants. Having several pools and other amenities on site is a bonus. By far the most incredible sunsets ever from the spacious private balcony!

    Wonderful get a way. Feels just like home. Kitchen well stocked, beach chairs and noodles provided. Beach is close by along with many bars and good restaurants. Best part is you do not have to leave your patio to soak in the breath taking view of the gulf and its beautiful sunset. I could sit there all day taking in the view. Will most definitely visit again.

    This unit is well stocked with kitchen hardware! The beds are all comfortable! The the view is spectacular! It is located a hop, skip and a jump to the beach! There were even a couple beach chairs and beach toys for us to use. �� My Vacation Haven made it all seamless with the app. Getting us all our codes and passes. I’ve stayed here 6 years in a row now and will continue as long as possible!

    First time to Destin and this condo was beautiful with an amazing view of the gulf! Having the golf cart to get around was so nice! Some of our favorite places to eat were Buffalo Jacks, McGuires, and the Cabana Cafe next door. Will definitely be back and recommend to others!!

    Ariel Dunes II 1803- The unit was super nice and very clean. Comfortable beds. Golf cart was a plus to get around with 2 little boys. It was very nice to drive it to the beach and nearby restaurants. The weather didn't cooperate, but it was a great little getaway with my daughter and grandsons for spring break.

    Best vacation ever! Ariel Dunes is right by the beach where we spend nearly all our time. We liked having the golf cart and used it every day.
