Located on the 6th floor, you and your guests will have a private balcony with a table and chairs, so you can start your day with a cup of coffee and the beauty of a Florida sunrise, or wind down at the end of the day with all the colors of a seaside sunset.

An open floor plan connects the living, dining and kitchen areas. A living room featuring a couch and sofa is perfect for you and your loved ones to enjoy a movie night on the large flatscreen TV. If you and your guests crave a late night snack or want to enjoy some breakfast before heading out for a day in the sun, a fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare your favorite fare. Settle down at the large dining room table or belly up the breakfast bar while you discuss your next Florida adventure.

When it’s time to wind down, this unit has two bedrooms and sleeps 8, so everyone in your group is sure to get a good night’s sleep. The master bedroom has a king bed and access to the balcony, so you can start your day greeted by the rays of the Florida sunshine and warmth of the gulf air. An en suite bathroom features an oversized soaking tub, shower and vanity. Your guests can relax in the second bedroom, which has a queen bed, or a small bonus room, which features bunk beds – perfect for the younger members of your party. Both the master and guest bedrooms include flat screen TVs if you need to unwind before drifting off to sleep. The sofa in the living room folds out to a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. This unit also has a second bathroom and laundry room, so you and your guests can all wash away the day’s sand and sun as you get ready for another day of basking in the warmth of the sun.

    This is my 3 rd time staying here. It is always clean and accommodating. The kids have spaces of their own. The kitchen is perfect size for cooking. The big table allows you to play family games. I definitely recommend this to others.

    Perfect amount of space for our family. Everything was very clean. Only downside is out of the 3 pools only one was heated and it really wasn't heated. It was pretty cold throughout our whole trip but we still managed to make it work. The kitchen was well stocked. We also had plenty of towels. One suggestion would be the top bunk does need a rail. Little kids can not sleep up there without worrying they fall off in the middle of the night. All in all in was a great trip and will definitely stay again.

    We had the best time on this trip Restaurants were in walking distance of the resort The condo was clean and just enough space for the 6 of us. We've always stayed at Ariel Dunes One It has a better view of the beach but Two's view was ok Great time can't wait for next year to return.     The rental was exactly as described, and it came with perks! This particular property have us extra bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, beach chairs and beach toys! This was NOT expected! It was such a wonderful surprise, and when we had issues with one of the chairs being broken, we called the management company and they ran new ones right over! I'm booking my next stay with this company and hopefully this exact apartment for next year!

    Great pools. 10 minute walk to the beach and access to a nice bike trail. The only thing that would make this better is to update some of the furniture. That said, the current furniture is fine, just a little dark and "old school". I would absolutely stay here again. The extra bunk room made this condo feel very roomy.

    I rented out Unit 602 for three months this Fall/Winter and it was awesome. I've always wanted to live in a Gulf view condo and this was the perfect opportunity! Zero regrets!

    We enjoy staying here. The view is great and shopping is close by. The condo provides everything we need for a comfortable stay. It was good to get away from the cold temperatures in WV.

    We enjoyed our stay very much. The weather was better than at home. We were close to the beach, grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. The view from our balcony was excellent. We were able to take many sunset pictures and just enjoy our time away from winter.

    Awesome condo, written description was very accurate. Minor suggestions - because of travelling in October-nov. the sun is low and the balcony is very hot, would be nice if there was an umbrella available to get some shade. Also , perhaps a mail key would be nice to have available, especially for those doing early Xmas online shopping.
