There is nothing better than a beachfront rental on a trip to the Gulf, and if that’s what you desire, look no further than Beachside One. This beautiful condo complex sits right on the shoreline and offers stunning views, instant beach access, a private pool, and a 6-seat golf cart for personal use.

Unit 4065 has everything you need for a stellar vacation. The unit’s main living space is great for entertaining and has an open concept floor plan to keep everyone together. The kitchen boasts wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar for added seating. With the addition of a 6 person dining table, everyone can eat together and make lasting memories. Abutting this dining space is the living area featuring a large sectional couch and flat screen TV. However, the best part of this rental is steps away in the form of a private balcony! This prime spot overlooks the beauty of the Gulf and can be accessed through the master bedroom as well.

This beachfront rental sleeps 6 comfortably featuring a primary suite with king bed and en suite bath (with walk-in shower), a guest room with 2 twin beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests. This is the ideal space for a small family or friend group looking to enjoy the sugar white sands of the Gulf. Bathrooms and kitchen countertops & finishes have been updated February 2023.

When you’re ready to enjoy the outdoors, pack some towels, a snack or two, and enjoy the ease of being steps away from Miramar Beach. The complex also features a private community pool for guests only and is equipped with loungers and a hot tub.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was clean and cozy and had all the amenities we needed for a pleasant vacation. The view of the beach from the room was spectacular. The golf cart made it so easy and fun for us to travel to dinner and shops.

We had a wonderful time here! Easy check in, good communication, and a really nice clean unit. We loved having the golf cart! Was so fun and easy to take around with our two kids, who thought it was the coolest. Would definitely stay here again!

Condo is nicely updated with an excellent view of the water! Our first time at the Sandestin resort and we loved it, including the golf cart to get around. The one area for improvement is the sleeping accommodations in the 2nd bedroom. Other condos have full beds or bunk beds set up and we needed to buy an air mattress to comfortably sleep our 4 young kids.

We had the best trip. The condo is 5 stars. Everything was in perfect condition. Beds weee super comfy. Kitchen was well stocked! We will be back!

Only negative was the golf cart was never charged, even though we plugged it up multiple times. The condo was undergoing a reno and the carts were moved. Frustrating but by the end of the trip, we got to use it!

This is our second visit to Beachside 1. This condo was the better of the two . The kitchen countertops and bathroom updates are wonderful. The golf cart could accommodate our family of six. Our only disappointment was the hodgepodge of rusty and stained beach chairs and broken umbrellas. Our kids were excited to use the boogie boards in the waves but all four were cracked in the middle. I am still giving the unit 5 stars but sharing a suggestion of improvement.

This was our 3rd year coming to this resort and we have a blast every time. The resort is always so clean and well maintained. We’ve stayed in this condo back to back years and love the improvements that have been made. We did have some little critters on day one but the host was quick to resolve the issue. We love having all of the beach toys and also the golf cart to drive to the warf to get ice cream! I would highly recommend anyone stay here!

It was our second time staying in the Beachside One complex. This unit was beautifully furnished and well maintained. Beach closet furnishings made the daily trip down with our grandson a blast. I enjoyed being able to drive the golf cart to my conference without tying up the family vehicle. Would highly recommend and stay here again for future trips. Always excellent customer service when I had a question with my reservation, My Vacation Haven treated me like I had been a lifelong customer.

Was our second time here. We enjoyed it so much we came back a second time. Condo was clean per usual. Pool is great (especially on cloudy or windy days). And the private beach area was again great. We rented a condo with a golf cart this year which was an additional and helpful bonus. Just really happy with the stay and amenities. We will be back every Spring Break for the foreseeable future.

The property is professionally maintained and staffed. The view from the unit is 2nd to none. The unit was well furnished and clean and the golf cart was perfect to get to the Bayside marina, grocery store and shops. Overall I would recommend this unit and Beachside One to all that ask.

We have stayed at Sandestin 2 previous times and this is one of our favorite locations. The rental was nicer than expected and well equipped. The view and pool were phenomenal. Kudos to the homeowners association for the security provided to keep the pool and beach area exclusive to guests at BS1. It is so crowded down the beach so this was nice to keep that crowd at bay. I do have a negative though, the parking is terrible. Parking is very limited and it hard to find a spot later in the evening. Our vehicle got hit and never found out who caused the damaged. Would consider again if there is additional parking.

It was exactly everything we had hoped it would be and more. The view from the place was very relaxing and dolphin sightings never got old. A very simple layout that worked so well! Love the convenience of the location. Everything that you need was accessible by golf cart.

We loved our week at Beachside One. The beach had so much room to play compared to the neighboring properties, thanks to the amazing security guy who kept people off. The new pool was terrific, however the kids were bummed out when it was closed for the last day due to some finishing touches. That also meant no access to the grills that day and night, which messed up our dinner plans. Lastly, the golf cart was awesome! We took numerous rides each day, from the grocery store to ice cream to watching the sunset over they bay from one of the golf courses. We plan on coming back next year!

The unit was exactly as described and well appointed and decorated. The beach closet with chairs, umbrella and toys were an added plus. We loved taking the golf cart over to BayTowne Wharf for dinner and the kids loved the arcade. Beach was crowded but beautiful. Unfortunately the pool was being redone so we weren't able to use it. The only minor issue we had was that the Wifi could only support a couple devices and we had trouble connecting at times--the unit has an extender so the router is in a different location. Overall we had a great relaxing week!
