    I would stay here again but there were a couple of areas that need a little improvement.. not as clean (showers) as I like, no plastic dishes (I have young grandkids) but other than that it was great!!!

    We had 2 trips to make to Auburn to see our daughter on back-to-back weekends, so we decided the day of leaving to go to Destin instead of back to Nashville. We went to VRBO but could not check in the same day and the owner told us to call the rental company. I cannot say enough good things about the rental company and their desire to help us out and answer the many questions we had. They got us in the same day, they told us all about the Tram to take and beach chairs provided and came over to deliver us an umbrella that had gone missing for our trip. The Condo was beautiful, and clean, and had a great view from the balcony of the beach. This became a top-notch trip.

    We have now rented the same condo for 4 years straight and plan to come back next year for a 5th. We love the view, the location, and everything about the experience here. We even had to call this time because we locked ourselves out of the condo and the employee we spoke with in the phone was incredibly nice and get us back into the condo quickly!

    This condo was great for us! Great floor plan, full laundry was nice. Condo has everything you need from kitchen ware to beach toys. View was great and location is perfect. We enjoyed our stay!

    Condo was clean and nice! Great laundry room and closet. Great showers! Great view! It did have a distinct odor when walking in from outside. Thought it might be from the air unit.

    We had a wonderful time on our stay! The condo was just perfect for us. Very clean and had all the kitchen appliances & utensils that we needed. We were also grateful to have the pack & play for my granddaughter. The close access to the beach was awesome! The area was great. The only thing we saw was the couch was a little stained but we just coveted it up with the sheets. We also were glad to have all the beach things, chairs, umbrella, sand and water toys ! We would definitely stay here again

    5th time in Beachside I

    We have been to Beachside I 5 times now but this was the first time in this unit. First and foremost the view was immaculate! Which is what you want when renting a beachfront condo. Second, the laundry room was INCREDIBLE. The worst part about vacation is all the laundry you have to do when you get home, especially if you go with kids. This unit has a full size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room (not a closet) which was an added bonus. The ONLY thing that would make this place even better is if it came with a golf cart but we knew it didn’t when we booked so that wasn’t a big deal since we knew what to expect.

    View was beautiful. Condo was very clean. Love the design with the large walk in showers and full size washer and dryer in the master closet. Only recommendation would be comfortable furniture in the living room. My vacation Haven was very quick to help and resolve any issues. Would definitely recommend this condo.

    This condo was absolutely perfect for our ladies getaway! Exactly what we were looking for. It had a beautiful ocean view, offered gorgeous sunsets, and convenient distance to the elevator & parking. The walk to the beach via the boardwalk was easy-peasy! The best part was the PRIVATE BEACH!!!! If you’ve never experienced that before, it’s a must! Our beach was nearly empty while the condos next to ours was jam-packed with people. What a difference it makes! We will be back!

    This is our favorite rental by far! It’s beautifully remodeled and spacious, with incredible views from the master suite and living area. We were looking for a more private beach experience, and this exceeded our expectations! The grounds were pristine, the newly renovated pool area lovely, and the beach much less crowded than other areas on the resort. We will most certainly be returning to Beachside One (and hopefully the same property!).

    This condo was a perfect place to enjoy the Sandestin area. It was very comfortable and provided all the necessary items to make it feel like home- even plenty of wine glasses. The view was phenomenal with easy access to get to the beach. Our area of the beach was never too crowded because a security guard for this building kept the beach in front open to only Beachside 1 residents and guests. We had no problems and would definitely look to stay in this Unit again. The only downside to our stay was that the pool area was under construction which I was not aware of. We did have access to using another pool but it wasn’t very convenient. Luckily this is a short term situation.

    The condo was very clean! The beachfront view and large master bedroom window was our favorite part of the stay in the condo. The check-in and our was effortless. If planning on taking the shuttle to nearby locations, factor in 45min +. Recommend calling local taxi service or Uber to get to local attractions.

    We absolutely loved this condo and will definitely stay here again! The condo was clean, newly renovated and the views of the ocean are exactly what you want on vacation. You are literally steps to the beach so the convenience to go back and forth to the condo is great. My Vacation Haven is my favorite company to rent through for the gulf.     Very happy with our condo it was exactly like the pictures a beautiful view from room and was close to the beach and pool. The decor was beautiful also. We will be staying again!! Some of our family came over while we were there and they are already looking to book a week next year you wont be dissatisfied!!

    Spacious, clean, neatly appointed, and right next to the ocean, what more could you ask for! This condo sits right in the heart of the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort and right across the street from Baytowne Wharf. Great security checkpoint to enter the complex and tucked away from the noisy of the highway, this is the perfect destination for a calming week/weekend away! 10/10 highly recommend!
