**The Beachside Two Pool Renovation project began on September 2024, with anticipated completion in August 2025. (Weather permitting)**

The Gulf of Mexico is just right outside…and waiting for you! Amazing views from nearly every room will keep your stress level at an all time low. Enjoy the convenience of an open floor plan to entertain and converse with guests. The fully outfitted kitchen has recently updated cabinets and countertops with new barstools and dining table and flooring throughout. The living area has a new sofa, sitting chairs, coffee table, TV console and large smart TV.

The master bedroom has updated bedroom furniture and smart TV. The guest bedroom can sleep 4 in a queen bed & twin bunk beds, also new furniture & smart TV. Both bathrooms also have new vanities and countertops to match the kitchen. The en suite master bath has been updated to a large walk in shower with luxury tile on the walls and floor. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo and fresh tile walls.

If you need a break from lounging on the beach (it has been known to happen!), just hop the resort shuttle and venture to the Village of Baytowne Wharf to try out some of their many water sports. Kayaks, boating, stand-up paddle are great ways to explore ‘the other side’ of SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT® when you paddle around and find unique creatures like crabs and fish in the bay waters. Within the Village of Baytowne, enjoy great restaurant options and shopping for any style. Seasonal guests can enjoy nightly entertainment like outdoor movies, live music and fireworks!

    Great location on 4th floor of Beachside Two. Beautiful views from living room and bedroom! Furniture was nice and updated. Condo was clean and master bed was comfy. We would rent this unit again! My Vacation Haven was easy and professional.

    Loved the unit! Great location and beautiful view! Very clean and nice furnishings. My wife and I came in for a few days end of December-January 2nd 2025. Enjoyed having the beach chairs in unit (storage closet). Would definitely rent this condo again! Also, appreciate My Vacation Haven professionalism.

    the 4th floor was easy to access. elevator was quick, place was clean, felt clean too. Plenty of room for us all and never felt onto of each other. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, cookware and plates.

    Beachside II Condo was very clean with updated furnishings, fourth floor so beach view was perfect, we were familiar with the area having stayed there several times, we plan to return!

    The unit was extremely clean and the directions were thorough and easy to follow. There's plenty of parking. The furnishings in the unit are nice and in good working order. The beds were comfy. There was a closet door off it's hinge and some kitchen items (sauce pan) could stand to be replaced, but overall we were very happy with the condition of the unit and the view is just perfect.

    Wonderful views, close to the beach so you can go back and forth from beach to condo so you don’t have to pack and bring so much to the beach. They also had beach chairs available to use. We had brought our own, but a nice surprise for next time.

    Very nice experience. The unit was as good as we had hoped. Great view. There was no pot in the coffee maker when we arrived, but a cheerful lady soon brought us one after we called it in. We forgot to bring salt & pepper with us - don't forget that as the unit didn't already have any (understandable). The beach was beautiful (and a little crowded) and water was clear. The directions to the unit confused me when I first got there. We finally asked a shuttle driver who was very helpful. It was nice to have a beachfront bar and a very accessible restroom. Very nice overall.

    My family and I were very pleased with this condo. The bed in the master bedroom was to die for comfortable! The property is well maintained and right on the beach. Would definitely stay again!!

    We absolutely loved this beautiful, spacious unit. The kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony has an incredible view of the ocean. The beds were comfortable. The staff is also very accommodating. Such an enjoyable stay.

    It was very nice. I love the location. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The shower curtain in the master was mildewed and they replaced immediately. The white sofa had stains on it. Just notified them so we wouldn't be responsible. very beautiful location .

    Very clean and well maintained. I was pleased with the well-stocked kitchen (they even had a crock pot). The view and distance to the beach can't be beat!!! We got stuck with red tide while we were there so we didn't get to spend nearly as much time at the beach as we would have liked.

    got to grab a few days (Wednesday - Saturday) at the Sandestin resort. Rained a good deal, but got to the beach every day. This unit is really nice- the windows make it. it was clean, all items in really good condition (refreshing really!) the unit could use a large pot for water boiling (ie, pasta, etc.) but other than that- best equipped vacation spot we've ever stayed in. Really liked the on-line booking efficiency, professional staff at . They made it very easy.

    Everything was clean and nice. You could see through the windows and doors, unlike some units with dirty glass. It appeared to have been updated and cleaned and we had no problems other than the tv not working. I called the mgt and it was fixed quickly.
