This beautiful 7th floor condo provides enough space for the whole family to enjoy the resort with stunning Gulf views from the balcony. This recently remodeled condo has new granite countertops, new appliances, and new furnishings to add to the beautiful view. With the white sand visible from the windows in the living room, balcony, and kitchen, you will feel as if you are standing on the beach with the view created by the mirrored wall in the living area.

The kitchen and bathroom have been updated with sleek granite counters. The kitchen has been modernized also with stainless appliances so you can enjoy a wonderful seafood dinner after a day at the beach. To unwind before retiring to your nice king bed in the master suite, you can enjoy a movie on the large 40" flat screen TV in the living area.

Your guests will be able to relax with their own private space in the queen guest bedroom. The kids can enjoy the fun of the pullout sleeper sofa in the living area to catch a few zzzz's before waking up to hit the beach and pool again the next morning.

    Very clean and great beach views. The gated entrance was a plus, felt very safe leaving our vehicle at night. Perfect location. Will be booking again next year.

    The condo has an awesome view. Perfect little place for 4 people. My Vacation Haven leaves you a box of toiletries and a box of kitchen cleaning supplies, which I thought was nice and neatly packaged. The building has 19 floors so the elevator is a bit of a pain during the busy day time hours. The building also sits right at a main beach area where the majority of the resort sets up. By resort I mean all of Sandestin, which I didn’t realize was an entire gated community. I would stay here again, but I wish I had done a little more research.

    I can’t recommend this stay to others enough! By far the easiest booking, travel, and check in / check out accommodations i’ve ever dealt with. Arriving and checking in was a breeze, and upon entering the condo we were blown away. So freshly clean, the perfect amount of space, and included everything we needed - from cookware to our own beach chairs and ice chest! I hope to get this booking again in the future. 100% recommend if this is a place you are considering!!!!!

    This condo is perfection! Everything is clean and lovely. The kitchen is well stocked and so is the bathroom. There isn't anything I would change about this condo. If possible we would love to rent it for 2023!!!

    Great views from the balcony. Easy access to the beach. The condo was clean and amenities were as described. Very comfortable size for the 2 of us. Management company was very good to work with and provided all the information needed to easily check in and check out.

    Amazon view of the gulf as well as the pool. Condo was very clean and furnishings were in good condition. While the building is older, everything is in working order and updated. Contacted the management company to inform them of a very minor cosmetic blemish that I wanted them to know was there prior to our stay in order for it to be taken care of once we left for the next guests (it really did not bother us.) To my surprise, the rental company was there to take care of the issue within the hour on a Friday morning. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. My only constructive criticism for the property owners would be to get black our curtains for the bedrooms (the exterior hallway lights are a bit bright at night - even with the current combination of blinds and curtains), it would also be nice to have a small nightstand and lamp on both sides of the bed in the master. The room is a bit dark and it would be nice for both sides to have a place for water, remote, cell phone, etc. We will be back!

    We had a great stay at Beachside Two 4277. The view was terrific. We could sit on our balcony and see and hear the ocean. We could see all the way to Panama City and toward Destin in the other direction. The staff was wonderful. They responded immediately to all questions and even allowed me to have a package delivered to their office.

    We stayed here for July 4th weekend, it was a great place to watch the firework show at July 4th evening by just sitting at the balcony. The ocean view is very nice, and it is very convenient for shopping and restaurants.

    Great experience from the start. Easy access to property, details, location and all necessary information for our stay. Comfortable two bedroom for our family of three. We have a 1.5 yr old and it was perfect. Easy access to the beach and pool. As well as great community across the street with dining and boardwalk style entertainment. Kitchen had the essentials we needed after a quick trip to the grocery store (note add salt and pepper to your list). Chairs and umbrella provided were also great - we brought our own wagon which helped but overall couldn't have asked for a better experience.

    We loved everything about this resort. The customer service was wonderful, the room was clean, and the location to the beach and shopping areas was perfect. We will be booking our next vacation here very soon.

    We really enjoyed our mini vacation back to our favorite place. We had not stayed in Beachside 2 before and it turned out better than we hoped. We will definitely be back!

    We have always stayed at hotels when visiting the beach. We need more room and flexibility now that we are a family of four, and this condo provided just that. Not only is this unit a beautiful, clean, well-maintained space, it had a stunning view as well! We benefited from the convenience of cooking meals and eating on the balcony, and appreciated the number of indoor towels provided. We honestly didn’t even miss the daily housekeeping. The room had a little musty of a smell when we first arrived but, I’ve experienced that in hotels on the beach as well. Once we got the air turned up and were settled in, the smell went away. All in all, we loved this unit, the bonus room, condo safety, and location of the building. Thanks to our great experience, we will never stay at a beach hotel again!

    Before arrival we downloaded the my vacation haven app it was excellent for pretrip and arrival info. Once we entered the condo we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the unit. In my opinion this could be listed as 2 bedrooms and bonus room was fully equipped. It was a welcomed perk for our daughter who ended up having her own room. The amenities were wonderful and made for a very comfortable stay. Only downside is no coffee filters provided. It would be nice to have at least one for your first night / morning to enjoy the sunrise on that beautiful balcony. Short quick drive to Bayside for evening dinner and activities. Overall I would highly recommend this condo. Couldn't have asked for more.

    Great location, beautiful view, reasonable price for the time of year, the unit however never seemed to get cool, stayed very humid in the condo other than that it met our needs well.

    This unit is nice but it needs some serious air freshener. Not sure if it needs a deep cleaning or if it's something in the air conditioning. It just had a real unpleasant smell as soon as you walked in the door. I bought some air freshener and it helped a little. I did call the office and informed them as well as letting the cleaning lady know when we left.

    Although listed as a 1 bedroom, this unit actually has a separate 2nd bedroom with a full-size bed and is equipped with a TV (total of 3 TVs in the unit. Nice sized balcony with a terrific view of the beach, the property's pool area, and great location for viewing the beachside fireworks display. Nice sized kitchen, stocked with all the dishware, pots-n-pans, and silverware you'll need, although the large frying pan has seen better days. The bathroom is smaller than some other Beachside II units we've stayed in, and made even smaller by its two entrance doors - one from the hallway and one from the master bedroom - that couldn't be both opened at the same time or they would be banging into each other. The banging door issue was also found in the master bedroom where the closet door had to be closed in order to open the bedroom door. The hide-a-bed couch was uncomfortable to sit in; the seat cushions were soft and "squealed" when sat on/on. Having said that, we'd probably stay in the unit again.

    My wife and I were very happy with our stay in this unit. The view is amazing from the balcony, everything was very clean and well stocked with extra amenities. The convenience of the location, everything from beach access to proximity to Destin and the Seaside area (one of our favorite spots) made dining out and shopping hassle free. The only "complaint" if any is that the living room couch is on its last leg, very worn out and not comfortable. Other than this, we loved everything about it and would definitely come back.
