    This room is awesome. The location is right along the beach, and quick access to the pool, beachside restaurant, and beachside bar. The view from the bed was absolutely breathtaking! Only negative I can say is that the bed wasn't very comfortable, but we were able to get over that.

    Everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable. This was our second time staying at Beach side 2 and will be back as soon as we can. We love the safety we fell while staying here and the location is great.

    We stayed at Beachside 2 last May with our two toddlers. We had a BLAST. The walk to the beach is nearby and the ocean water was so calm. Very family friendly. We are looking to book the same place next year!

    Everything was perfect! The condo was up to date and absolutely beautiful. There were no issues whatsoever with anything. The view was beautiful and literally right on the beach! I will definitely be staying here again!

    Beautiful Condo

    Positives-We found our condo to be very clean, decorated beautifully, very coastal with light colors, BUT most importantly, had an AMAZING beach view! There were fireworks the Saturday evening we were there, which were easily seen from our balcony and bedroom window. The pool was clean and refreshing. And even though we heard negative comments about how slow the elevator was, we rarely had any issues. There were a couple of restaurants within walking distance right on the beach right next-door was a Hilton Sandestin golf resort with the Beach House restaurant and then there was like a Barefoot Bar and Grill on the other side of it in a different hotel area. There was an amazing breakfast place right beside the gate to get into the property. I think it’s the Maple Biscuit Company. If you have access to a golf cart or you like to walk 2 1/2 miles one way you can go under high 98 through a tunnel over to the Baytown wharf area. There are lots of restaurants, shops even boat and bike rentals over there. There is not a ton of parking so you’ll need to take that into consideration. We ate at the marina there and it was really good. Also, if you would like to exercise or walk, there are plenty of sidewalks within the gated area which definitely makes you feel a lot safer. This was right next to the golf resort so I imagine if you’re a golfer, that would be an added bonus. To sum it up we had a great trip, but will probably choose a different time of year to come back as everybody and their brother had the same idea that we did the middle of June.Negatives-We got into town a couple of hours early and called to see if we might be able to get in our Condo,(since reading about the possibility of early check in) only to be told by the lady that there’s no way to override some code either to the gate or the door or whatever? Also, I felt like our bed was clearly in need of a new mattress! And an added bonus would be if a golf cart was included in our condo rental;).

    Waking up to a sunrise is the priceless feeling. Each day has brought us an extraordinary view from our beach balcony room. Each night we’ve enjoyed the subtle sounds of the surf. Star gazing and a view of the moon has given us feeling of relaxation before turning in for the evening. We’ve had a peaceful, quiet stay. It’s always about the location when choosing a home away from home. Delightful colors in every room were calming. All essentials in the kitchen and bathroom were provided. A clean environment. A beautiful resort.

    We had a wonderful time & would vacation here again. The condo is as pictured, beautiful and clean. The beach & pools were very nice & clean. Excellent customer service with My Vacation Haven. We enjoyed dining, live music, shopping & the pier at Baytowne Wharf. All in all a very relaxing week!!

    This condo was exactly what my wife and they were looking for. A great view with easy beach access. Everything we needed was there, and the place was clean, orderly and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay.

    The rental was clean, furniture up to date, easy access to room and beach. The views were incredible and loved large window in the bedroom. It was nice to ride the tram to the wharf without worrying about drinking.

    We had an unfortunate experience in that we were both affected by both the Red Tide and Hurricane Michael... We were evacuated and lost significant time in the location. Some of the money was kindly refunded by the owner. That said... Location is perfect and the condo super cute and clean. The company managing was responsive and friendly. Would use again.

    Pro... place was very clean and has a great view. Staff was very helpful. We had a great time on the beach and shopping.

    Cons... the ac works great in all rooms except the bed room. The livingroom would be ice cold but for some reason even with all the doors open or closed the bedroom would be warm like 78 degrees warm. Talked to staff they said it was the same on all the rooms. They advised using a fan to blow the cool air into the bedroom. We tried that still very warm in the room.

    All in all we had a great time and would do it again but we would bring a few fans.

    I would recommend this condo to anyone! The decorations were absolutely adorable and admired them to have something similar one day in my condo. The only thing I had an issue with was the garbage disposal didn’t work because someone before us had put some cherry stems or something else down there and got it jammed. I would suggest checking after every renter to see if it works. Other than that I enjoyed my stay in the condo. The view was amazing from the bedroom also! I would rent from you guys again!

    We had a wonderful girls weekend getaway here. The location and view is unbeatable. The condo was nicely decorated, comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed for our trip. Parking was covered and there were plenty of parking spots. We enjoyed our stay here.

    Loved seeing the gulf as soon as we walked in the door of this pretty condo which was beautifully decorated. It was so convenient to everything, including restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. We enjoyed biking on the path parallel to the ocean on Scenic Hwy. 98. Even though the condo was beautifully furnished we would change a few things for the guests: upgrade the beach umbrella with a crank so that it is easily set up in the sand (it was very windy and kept falling over); upgrade the mattress or at least put a memory foam 3" topper on it for more comfort as our backs were hurting after the first night; upgrade the LR furniture to be more comfortable. Even though we were out every day, it means a lot to have these comforts when in for the night. Other than those three things, we loved the condo and had everything that we needed in linens and kitchen utensils. For some reason this says that we are from Emeryville. We are from South Carolina and do not even know where Emeryville is. Thanks.

    Our son and daughter in law gave us this vacation for our anniversary. We had a wonderful time. The views were spectacular. The condo was perfect and very pretty.     This property exceeded my expectations. The condo is located within the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, a gated and wonderful community. The condo building is very nice with great covered or open parking. The Sandestin Resort is very large with multiple activities, restaurants and bars, condo's, villas,homes, and several hotels within.. Just outside its gates are two very nice shopping areas with a theater, restaurants and bars, and a Publix store. You really don't have to leave the Sandestin Resort or the adjacent shopping to have a great time. Although there are restaurants and other activities in Miramar beach and Destin you'll probably want to visit.

    Condo was nice and a little outdated. Need ceiling fans in the den and bedroom. Bedroom has musty smell probably because of the old carpet. Need to remove that carpet and put in ceramic tile.
    Condo has a beautiful view of the Gulf and is very close to the beach.

    Had a great stay at Beachside II, our first trip to Sandestin. Although Hurricane Irma was threatening down south, the panhandle had beautiful weather. Great unit - spacious living area, and all one needs in the way of kitchen and laundry facilities.

    Overall unit very nice. Obviously some updates but the toilet was very slow to flush and the bath drained very slowly. The toilet because it's old and the drain probably a accumulation of hair.
    Seventh floor and a few minutes to the beach. Chairs and umbrella nice and a money saver compared to expensive beach set ups. Not sure why or if it's a periodic event but we had about 15 minutes worth of fireworks one evening and it was awesome.

    Don't bother with Seagars, it's extremely overpriced and quality of the steak was very poor. Ate one evening at The Ocean Club and quality and price was better. Try 30A Cafe and Stinky's Fish Camp on 30A. Both very good.

    Very family friendly so if you're looking for a quiet vacation, I suggest booking when school is in session.

    Overall very good value.
