What’s in a number? Evidently, a whole new adventure when you rent Beachside Two, #4310, a luxurious, beachfront condo within the Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort.

This elegant dwelling provides the perfect getaway for up to six beach lovers. From the private balcony, enjoy watching the sunrise and sunset as you gaze east to west at the miles and miles of turquoise waters known as “The World’s Most Beautiful Beaches.”

The living area provides comfy cushioned seating to enjoy the extra-wide big screen TV …if you’re not distracted by nature’s creation just outside the balcony door. The furnishings turn into a queen as well as full sleeper sofa for extra guests. The full kitchen includes not only a breakfast bar, but a cozy nook for not-to-be-rushed meals amongst friends.

The master bedroom features a king bed, lots of storage, a combo tub/shower, and even a desk. Regardless, cable and Wi-Fi are free throughout the complex.

Perhaps the most enticing part of this rental, as if the Gulf front wasn’t enough, is the large community pool. Bathers can enjoy either full sun or shade, and the pool is heated during the off season.

In addition, there’s a fitness center, four renowned golf courses, as well as a basketball court and multiple tennis courts. But, you don’t want to miss the popular Village of Baytowne Wharf that offers hours of family fun and amenities too vast to number.

    We were very happy with this beautiful condo. It would have easily slept 5 people. The furnishing were very nice and no doubt this was the Best Sleeping Bed I ever slept had a beautiful ocean view which we always enjoy. Super Nice. The only problem we had was finding this Condo once we were in the resort area.

    This is a nice condo on the 11th floor of this building. Very nicely decorated and well maintained. Only negative is waiting on the elevator, but that would be the case with any 5+ story condo building at the beach.

    Our experience was good. Nothing to complain about. The room was clean & nice. Cozy for sure. The beds were comfortable no complaints it was just simple and nice. I have to BRAG so much on the guest services/owners. I left about 15-20items in the bedroom chest all my nice lululemon workout outfits. Tops/bottoms. I didn’t realize it until a week later and immediately contacted guest services they went and checked and by luck all my stuff was still stored away nicely. Was told the cleaners thought it was the owners belongings so they left it alone. All by luck nobody was in the condo the week after us. Regardless guest services contacted me and got my stuff shipped back to me within days. Seems silly but if you’re ever left anything at any resort/hotel/condo you almost know it’s gone for good. So huge shoutout to everyone involved for helping me so quickly and getting my stuff back to me! We would stay here again regardless that good people are hard to come by these days and wow this group just surpassed all my expectations.

    Great view of the beach from 11 stories up; very comfortable furnishings (king bed with 4"topper, leather couches and recliner); nice kitchen with duo Keurig; close to wide variety of restaurants and shopping. Would stay here again.

    Amazing View

    We loved the west view of this condo. The balcony was very nice for eating out and watching the sunset. Most important to me, for a long term stay, is the comfort of the bed and it was amazingly comfortable. We loved having a Keurig for coffee. The couches and the reclining chair looked brand new and were extremely comfortable. The TV must have been over 60 inches and it felt like we were at the movies. The only complaint I have is the rug in the living room needs a good cleaning, or possibly replacement. My Vacation Haven goes above and beyond to make their renters happy. We had a few items missing, and they brought us what we needed, the very same day. It is great to rent from someone close by. We have rented from them for 30 + years, and have never been disappointed . Their service is outstanding and prices are reasonable.

    Very clean, great location, beautiful beach. Will definitely come back to the area again. We had trouble with the elevators during our stay which caused us to need to walk down eleven flights. New a better way to have maintenance available on the weekend.

    The building and condo itself were great. Great location and love that it’s not a long walk to the sand. The only disappointment was that when renting chairs/umbrellas on the beach we were considered “non Sandestin resort guests” so it was more expensive. I’m not sure why that was the case, but I wish I had known that up front. There were chairs for use in the condo though! No complaints about the condo itself.

    We spent 3 nights here in June. Met up with another family who were staying in a nearby unit. We had a great time and everything was very easy.
