The open floor plan of this vacation home joins a kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and living area. Beachy accents and a nautical color scheme will remind you and your guests that you’re never far from the beach when you stay in this condo. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances. Whip up your family’s favorite meal and gather around the dining table, which has plenty of seating for the adults – and kids alike - to enjoy some delicious food and delightful conversation.

When it’s time to wind down, this condo has two bedrooms that are perfect for you and your guests to enjoy a great night’s sleep. The master bedroom overlooks the beach, so you can drift off to dreamland as you watch the waves lap at the short. The master bedroom also has sliding door access to the balcony, so you can start each day feeling the warmth of the Florida sunshine. The master bathroom has a double vanity and oversized walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower, so you and your guests can wash the day – and sand from the beach – away in comfort and style.

    Why we gave you overall 4 stars . The pool was not able to use and contractions was going around . No exit to the beach , have to go around the building .

    Our family of 4 ventured to Miramar Beach for an extended weekend and had an excellent experience. The condo was very nice, clean and updated. The view from the balcony was fantastic. Overall, a great experience and would go again.

    We come to Destin every year and this was our best stay yet! The unit was so beautiful and has the absolute best direct view of the ocean! The unit was clean, bright and welcoming.The beds were large and comfortable. The kitchen was updated and had all of the appliances desired. The showers were large and had great water pressure. The AC was strong and cooled the unit well. There were plenty of bathroom towels. It was all in all a perfect unit and we can’t wait to stay here again next year!

    This place is awesome. It’s up to date. The view from the master is unbelievable. The master bath is unbelievable. The shower is huge. All tile floor. Decent TV size for after beach lounging. Ice cold AC. Fully furnished kitchen for a Romantic night in while you stare at the rolling gulf waves. The pool is nice, not overly crowded. The beach is right outside. No long walks or stressful parking. This place is great. If I were to purchase and remodel a condo, it would look like this. I can’t say enough good things. Four thumbs up from my wife and I. Also, they give you little bottles of body wash, shampoo, and aloe vera which is great because we needed the aloe. Everything was very orderly and well maintained. The trash chute is just across the hall. Very convenient. Also it is beside the elevator, which we came to appreciate. We will be back. The only negative is it seems the rug in the living room wasn’t vacuumed as there was a lot of sand on it. Although the tile floors were very clean. And the TV in the bedroom is different than the living room. The bedroom TV has channels in Spanish and also for visually impaired persons. We were watching a movie in the living room and we went to bed and wanted to finish it but the same channel was in Spanish. But the rest of the channels were English as normal. No clue. Small potatoes. We loved our stay.

    Outstanding place to stay with spectacular ocean and beach views! This is our new favorite place to stay. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. Staff was friendly and eager to help in any way. Balcony was bigger than the picture showed. The rooms were spacious and the whole place looked modern and well kept. No worn furniture. Absolutely perfect! We will most definitely stay here again.

    We were very pleased with the clean, well decorated condo. The view from inside and from the balcony was the best we have ever had in decades of traveling. The beach and water were very clean, making for great daily walks.

    What a view!! Property was exactly as described. Immaculately clean! Location was perfect, easy and secure entry. Easy access to the beach and conveniently had beach chairs and umbrella. Sunrise coffee and sunset wine on that balcony was so relaxing. We'll definitely be back!!

    Beautiful condo in a gated community. The view from the condo is fabulous. I would stay here again. The condo is located near all the restaurants and shopping, but far enough away that the beach seemed more private.

    My family and I loved our stay. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed, including beach toys and chairs. The most amazing part was the view. Right over the beach, looking out at the clear water. We were able to watch fish, dolphins and stingrays from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

    This condo was exactly as described. It looked as good as the photos, if not better! It was very quiet and clean. All furnishings were in great condition. Decor was very well done. This condo has a perfect ocean/beach view from the master, living area, and balcony. Beds were comfortable. Covered parking garage was secure and conveniently located. Elevators were in great condition and readily available. Beach access area was nice with good shoe storage and shower/rinse areas. The pool was clean and provided the right amount of sun and shade as needed. Being right next to The Beach House was great for lunches. We've enjoyed Sandestin for ten years and have stayed in several different condos. This one exceeded all of our needs. We would recommend it for sure!

    This condo was exactly as described. It looked as good as the photos, if not better! It was very quiet and clean. All furnishings were in great condition. Decor was very well done. This condo has a perfect ocean/beach view from the master, living area, and balcony. Beds were comfortable. Covered parking garage was secure and conveniently located. Elevators were in great condition and readily available. Beach access area was nice with good shoe storage and shower/rinse areas. The pool was clean and provided the right amount of sun and shade as needed. Being right next to The Beach House was great for lunches. We've enjoyed Sandestin for ten years and have stayed in several different condos. This one exceeded all of our needs. We would recommend it for sure!
