    This was the first time our family has been to this beach location! Pictures don’t do this rental justice! Everything was very clean upon arrival. We came and went a lot and there was always someone in the lobby cleaning. We didn’t use the golf cart as much as we thought but it was a fun activity to pass time with our kids. Never have we had owners call and check to see how everything was going and if we needed anything! The owners kept it very professional and made us feel welcomed. This location was perfect right on the beach. The thing that sold us were the alcohol, snow cones and hot dogs on the beach!

    Very nice stay. Management company was easy to deal with and responsive. The golf cart is basic, with lights that are a little non-standard to operate, and no weather flaps for winter or rainy days, but it worked well. The unit needs a reminder to include coffee filters.

    This 15th floor rental was a dream! Breathtaking views from the spacious balcony and wrap around windows in the Master bedroom. It was fully equipped with all our needs and the golf cart was a game changer! We will definitely be staying here again!

    The master bedroom had a comfortable mattress which ensured a great night’s sleep. The morning brought a a 5 star view of the beautiful beach. Check in was flawless. The golf cart was convenient. The only thing that was not 5 star was the furniture in the living room and the lack of premium channels.

    We enjoyed our first stay so much we booked again the next month for the same unit. Correspondence from the agency prior to check in was great. Details were timely and precise. The unit is perfect-direct views to the ocean, and a nice size balcony to see it from. The views in the master bedroom are exquisite! There's a huge walk in closet, master bathroom, and plenty of pillows, blankets, floor fans, beach chairs and toys-anything you need to be more comfortable. Access to the beach and pool were easy. The unit is convenient to shopping and restaurants, if you need to get away for a bit. We'll book here again on our next visit.

    This was our first time for staying beachside in Sandestin, but it won't be our last. The unit was much larger than we'd anticipated, and had a perfect view of the beach. The beds were the most comfortable we've stay at in a rental. The balcony had ample seating, and was where I spent each morning and evening, watching and listening to the sound of the waves. The bonus of the golf cart was a selling point for us. The convenience of restaurants and shopping was a short ride away. We enjoyed our stay so much we've rebooked again next month!

    We had a great stay in Unit 4348 recently. With two couples, staying in a unit with two king size beds is such a bonus for us. The golf cart makes traveling to Grand Boulevard super easy as well. We did have air conditioner issues while we were there, but management was quick to respond and a new unit was installed while we were out playing golf. The property was clean, but it could use repainting and replacement of back sofa cushions before much longer. We really enjoyed our stay, would recommend this unit, and recommend the rental company. Their customer service is excellent.

The property was clean, but it could use repainting and replacement of back sofa cushions before much longer. We really enjoyed our stay, would recommend this unit, and recommend the rental company. Their customer service is excellent.

    We had a lovely experience in the condo that we rented. Other than slow drains in the 2nd bedroom bath, it was really good. We even were able to get into the condo 30 minutes early. The electronic locks were a great thing!

    The condo is spacious, clean, and comfortable with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and balcony with a perfect view of the beach and gulf. Three flat screen TVs, fully equipped kitchen. It’s a little lacking in lights at night, with no reading lights or three-way bulbs in the lamps. But just about perfect for a week-long get-away to the beach.

    We've been vacationing in Destin for four years now and, even with some bad timing due to weather, we've always had a great time. This year, though, was perfect. The condos we've chose have always been very nice, but this one was exceptional. It was well decorated and you felt 'at home' while staying there. The master bedroom has a wonderful walk-in shower and the kitchen was the nicest layout we've experienced yet. The view is always top notch from either Beachside 1 or 2 and that was true this time as well.

    If you're looking for a great condo at a reasonable price that has an 'at home' feel while also letting you enjoy your vacation this is the condo for you. We'll be booking it again next year (assuming it's available, haha.)

    Couldn’t be more pleased with the location on the beach. I searched for weeks to find the perfect condo with a view of the ocean and this was it. Other areas were so clustered together with limited views, as we drive around Florida we realized we made an excellent choice! I highly recommend !! Check in and out was also hassle free!

    Everything was great. However the door to the balcony is in bad shape and beach towels would have been useful

The cost of keeping the level of quality beach towel that we expect for ourselves in this condo is very hard during the turnover months of summer.     Overall, very good to excellent experience. Condo was as promised, updated, nicely furnished, etc. Hot water could be better, seemed to run out to quickly with multiple showers. Salesperson, Sarah was helpful, good to work with. Suggestion: Beachside Two Property should add a hot tub, only amenity missing.
