If a beach getaway in the middle of all of the action is calling your name, then Beachwalk Villas 5074 is the answer you’re looking for. Located in SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT® private, gated Beachwalk Villa community, this two story townhouse has everything (including plenty of room for the family). With two bedrooms and a loft space with additional bedding, this beautifully styled unit sleeps 6 guests.

The first floor encompasses the main living space. A lovely sectional frames the sitting room and overlooks the patio. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide an ample view of the lake just outside. The kitchen in this townhouse is pure elegance. White stone counter tops, white cabinets, and stainless appliances make this intimate kitchen a joy to spend time in. The counter bar has three stools and the adjacent dining table has seating for six.

This townhome’s master bedroom is located downstairs. You’ll find a king bed, private patio access, and a spacious en suite bathroom. The laundry is also downstairs. Upstairs, you’ll find the rest of the sleeping—this beach townhouse rental is perfect for one or two small families. The first guest room has a king bed. The loft space has a queen bed and just off of the loft is a small room with two twin beds. The upstairs bedrooms share the townhome’s second full bathroom.

As much as there is to enjoy within the home, there’s too much to do outdoors to stay in! Take the tram to the beach and enjoy a day basking in the sun along the Emerald Coast. Hop in your golf cart and cruise the Resort property. Visit Baytowne Wharf for a day of play, shopping, and dining, or head over to the community pool for a relaxing dip.

    Another WONDERFUL vacation!!

    This is our 2nd time staying at this villa! We love everything about it. We were able to spend 10 days at this little slice of heaven. The beds and couches are super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook lots of meals. The view of the lake is beautiful. The golfcart is wonderful for getting around the resort. Bring some fresh water fishing gear, because there are some big bass in the lake (catch and release). The location is perfect. A one minute golfcart ride to the beach or just a few more minutes to Baytown for dining or shopping. Best of all, the owners are fantastic to work with and very responsive!

    Beach walk Villa was a very nice place, very well accommodating for my family, well stocked with basic essentials, could use a new beach umbrella and umbrella holder and new beach chairs and a wagon. Golf cart was great for getting to the beach short drive and to local stores, we would stay here again!

    We have stayed in Sandestin Beachwalk Villas many times and this villa is our new favorite! It is exactly as described. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals (if you aren't eating out at one of the many places in the resort). It has a very comfortable couch and beds. The view of the lake and pool from the living-room and porch is beautiful. Be sure to bring a fishing rod because there are some big bass in the lake (catch and release)!! The golfcart is in great condition. We used it daily for trips to to the beach, Baytowne, the marina and Grand Blvd. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to this villa!!

    We love this condo in Sandestin. It’s outfitted with everything you need for a great beach vaca! We use the golf cart everyday.. to the beach, the village, Starbucks, Publix!! The view on the patio is one of the best in the complex. Bring the sunscreen and have a fun filled trip!!!

    Great unit with lots of space! 6 seater golf cart is a plus. Sitting on the back patio overlooking the lake was so peaceful.

    Another great vacation! My family looks forward to our annual vacation to Destin. So many things for everyone. We can’t wait to go back. Our condo was nice and roomy. The golf cart was really convenient since we visit every year in July.

    My family of 5 had such a great vacation and loved the accommodations! This villa was just a short golf ride to the beach, pickle ball courts, putt putt, Baytowne Wharf! We loved jumping on the cart and getting everywhere we needed to go. The rooms were big, we slept well in the King beds, and the loft was perfect for our younger kids. Very comfy couch in the living area and big dining room table with fully stocked kitchen. Thank you for a wonderful stay! 5 ⭐️

    Very pleased with our stay and look forward to coming back. Kitchen was well stocked, and the blackout curtains in the rooms allowed us to get some extra sleep, unit was clean and spacious. Golf cart was a plus!!

    nice unit, good furnishings. wish it had a 1/2 bath, didnt realize how important that would be to not wait for showers to be done just to use bathroom. we didn't have any serious issues but the 1 time we requested help, the staff was there asap to provide assistance. A+ service. having more beach toys or fishing poles would have been nice. there were couple of beach chairs and 2 umbrellas.

    The townhome location is just about perfect for us. The golf cart is in great shape and made getting to the beach and Baytown Wharf easy and fun. Most importantly the townhome was very clean upon arrival and just as pictured. Such a peaceful setting. We found the beds to be very comfortable and the overall layout of the townhome to be convenient. Would definitely stay again!

    The unit was clean and we had a great stay. The only thing is the sprinklers stayed on all day spraying the patio, so we weren't able to enjoy it.
