This has become our home away from home. It has everything we need for a week or 2. This was our 4th stay in 2 years here. We stay a week in the spring and a week in the fall. The owners are amazing and the villa has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation!

Amazing family getaways

Everything was perfect for our family of 6. The older kids especially enjoyed riding on the golf cart. The younger ones enjoyed the pond and pool. Rooms were nice and clean. We are definitely staying again

This was our 3rd stay at this villa in 12 months! We have spent 3 weeks here in the last year!! You could not ask for a better villa, host, location or golf cart. Everything is perfect for an amazing vacation. The beds are great, kitchen is stocked, the location to the beach and lake are perfect. The 6 seat golfcart is wonderful. We have stayed in SanDestin 6 times since we discovered it in 2020. The last 3 times have been at this beautiful villa! We will definitely be back in the fall!!

Enjoyed our visit.Very happy it was gated with security checks as you enter. That security check system needs an upgrade.Men were fishing while we were trying to relax or grill and after talking to some of these people they weren't guests staying or living in Sandestin complex. There were men and children walking through pool area with fishing poles. Even a couple brought their dog in pool. Felt bad for a couple ran out of pool area since she was allergic to dogs.Throwing footballs etc over pool whole people are trying to swim.Yiung couples ketting yheir kis run around pool kickin soccer balls. Too bad
This resort won't be a premier resort if this continues. Also outside workers in complex using paying guests parking spaces.

This is our 2nd time staying at this villa! We love everything about it. We were able to spend 10 days at this little slice of heaven. The beds and couches are super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook lots of meals. The view of the lake is beautiful. The golfcart is wonderful for getting around the resort. Bring some fresh water fishing gear, because there are some big bass in the lake (catch and release). The location is perfect. A one minute golfcart ride to the beach or just a few more minutes to Baytown for dining or shopping. Best of all, the owners are fantastic to work with and very responsive!

Beach walk Villa was a very nice place, very well accommodating for my family, well stocked with basic essentials, could use a new beach umbrella and umbrella holder and new beach chairs and a wagon. Golf cart was great for getting to the beach short drive and to local stores, we would stay here again!

We have stayed in Sandestin Beachwalk Villas many times and this villa is our new favorite! It is exactly as described. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals (if you aren't eating out at one of the many places in the resort). It has a very comfortable couch and beds. The view of the lake and pool from the living-room and porch is beautiful. Be sure to bring a fishing rod because there are some big bass in the lake (catch and release)!! The golfcart is in great condition. We used it daily for trips to to the beach, Baytowne, the marina and Grand Blvd. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to this villa!!

We love this condo in Sandestin. It’s outfitted with everything you need for a great beach vaca! We use the golf cart everyday.. to the beach, the village, Starbucks, Publix!! The view on the patio is one of the best in the complex. Bring the sunscreen and have a fun filled trip!!!

Outstanding rental with everything you could ask for. Easy access to all the stuff that brings folks to the area. The cart was in excellent condition and well maintained ( which is no easy feat,our family owns a place across the rd and the cart is a reoccurring thorn). My family of 5 had such a great vacation and loved the accommodations! This villa was just a short golf ride to the beach, pickle ball courts, putt putt, Baytowne Wharf! We loved jumping on the cart and getting everywhere we needed to go. The rooms were big, we slept well in the King beds, and the loft was perfect for our younger kids. Very comfy couch in the living area and big dining room table with fully stocked kitchen. Thank you for a wonderful stay! 5 ⭐️

Very pleased with our stay and look forward to coming back. Kitchen was well stocked, and the blackout curtains in the rooms allowed us to get some extra sleep, unit was clean and spacious. Golf cart was a plus!!

nice unit, good furnishings. wish it had a 1/2 bath, didnt realize how important that would be to not wait for showers to be done just to use bathroom. we didn't have any serious issues but the 1 time we requested help, the staff was there asap to provide assistance. A+ service. having more beach toys or fishing poles would have been nice. there were couple of beach chairs and 2 umbrellas.

The townhome location is just about perfect for us. The golf cart is in great shape and made getting to the beach and Baytown Wharf easy and fun. Most importantly the townhome was very clean upon arrival and just as pictured. Such a peaceful setting. We found the beds to be very comfortable and the overall layout of the townhome to be convenient. Would definitely stay again!
