Situated lakeside in the Beachwalk Villas community is a stunning, two floor townhome waiting to help you make some lasting memories on your next vacation to the SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®. Here, you’ll find 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, lakeside private patio, a 6-seat golf cart, and a short drive to the beach and the bay.

From the moment you walk into this airy space, you’ll enjoy the wood flooring, muted beachy tones, high-end décor, and windows for natural light. This delightful first floor living area will help you sink into the vacation vibes and give you the perfect space to rest, relax, and experience Gulf life. Here, you’ll find a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and white cabinetry, along with floor-to-ceiling windows for natural light and pristine views. Enjoy a meal at the breakfast bar, eat with your group at the dining table, or take your food out to the back patio with 4 person table and views of the lake. Start your day here with a cup of coffee and end it in the living room with chic furniture and a flat screen TV. Use the townhome’s grill and enjoy the weather and some killer BBQ!

After a day on the beach, the golf course, or one of the various adventures Miramar Beach and Destin has to offer, unwind on the back patio or head to one of two bedrooms, both featuring comfortable bedding and private en suite bathrooms. The master features oversized windows for beautiful views from the king bed and a stellar en suite bath with tub/shower combo. For your guests, help them get settled just down the hall with 2 twin beds and en suite with tub/shower combo. Laundry is also located on this floor making long stays and beach trips hassle-free. Bring your dog too and make it a real home away from home!

    Everything was perfect for us. We loved the size of the space, it had everything we needed, and the limo golf cart topped it all off. It was like a home away from home. We would love to stay there again if it's available next time we come back.

    This was a great place for vacation! Nice townhouse, clean, beautiful, great location, and the golf cart was perfect! Easy access to the beach and restaurants, shopping, etc. Would highly recommend!

    We had been to SanDestin before. This was a new location on property for us and it did not disappoint! I thought you had everything a family could need. Having a grill, golf cart, and a clean not cluttered home was the highlight for us!

    The condo was very clean and comfortable. We were able to enjoy the beach nearby with ease and the Baytown activities down the street. The beds were very comfortable and having a golf cart to access nearby stores and activities is a huge bonus! The owners were readily available and demonstrate professional management and communication with their customers. We would love to stay there again!

    This was the perfect place for our family. Nice to be able to walk to a few close restaurants and shops but also have the golf cart to get to the beach and the Wharf. The place itself was very clean and updated and fit our family of 4 perfectly. We had one question and management reached out right away. Can’t wait to go back!

    The rental was clean and neat. The unit has been up dated and the kitchen is very nice. Having a golf cart included was a huge bonus. I have stayed at Sandestin before and this was the nicest place we have stayed at on the beachwalk.The only thing wrong wad that the patio door ceiling leaked when it rained and the door frame is rotting. This should all be replaced.
