    Loved the Beachwalk villa. Great location very close to the pool was a huge plus. We loved the golf cart to get to the beach, the baytowne village, shopping and restaurants. The villa was very comfortable and clean. My vacation haven folks are so helpful and very responsive. Will definitely be coming back.

    Overall a beautiful spot within the resort. Main level has been nicely updated- well equipped kitchen, beautiful, comfortable living room and dining area.The upstairs bedrooms are spacious and the bed was fine. The en-suite bathrooms upstairs are very functional but extremely outdated.MVH was very quick to respond to any questions or issues we encountered. Pamela and Danielle were exceptionally courteous and helpful.On arrival, the patio door would barely open. We cleaned the track and adjusted it, so not a big deal. Any other minor issues were quickly handled by MVH.The golf cart could use a little maintenance and should be cleaned before guest arrival.My Vacation Haven is the best rental company we’ve rented from in our 7 years at San Destin! Highly recommend

    The location was perfect! We were able to walk to the beach and to eat. The golf cart was great to head to the beach to watch the sunset. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view was beautiful. We enjoyed watching the heron, pelicans and ducks in the lake. My husband was in heaven playing the three courses located in Sandestin. Hope to be back soon!

    We had a wonderful time in this vacation home! It had everything we needed. It’s super close to the pool so we could run back in the house if we needed anything. The beach area was wonderful, although busy and full of resort chairs. We beat the system by setting up our stuff early in the morning, then coming back for it a little later, or going in the afternoons. Lots of shops and restaurants close by that you can get to in the golf cart. Beds in the house were very comfortable. I slept better there than I do at home! Frogs are a tad loud at night but we had a white noise machine to drown them out. When I got home I missed the frog sounds. Kitchen is very well equipped with dishes and pots and pans to cook meals. Loved the ice and water in the fridge. Made filling up our cups for the beach super easy. My daughter left behind a retainer and it was an easy process to get it shipped back to us. We can’t wait to come back.

    My family and I loved our stay. The golf cart access made our stay so convenient. The closeness to the pool and beach was GREAT! The unit was clean with warm and inviting decor! Would definitely recommend and seek to stay again!

    This condo was great! The golf cart made it so easy get around, especially to the beach. With the location, there’s really no need to leave the resort. You can go under the tunnel and get to a grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. The condo itself was very clean with nice decor. It had all the basics we needed for the week. The only room for improvement was in the tiny details such as some screws left in the walls that were painted over, and the paint job on the baseboards upstairs (that is being very nit picky). Overall the condo and location was wonderful. I would definitely book this condo again.

    We have been coming to Sandestin for years and decided to rent a villa this year. We loved the location and convenience. The golf cart worked perfectly. The downstairs was clean and updated - very pleasant! The upstairs needs some minor maintenance; such as, touch-up paint, a deep clean and master shower drain. That is the reason for the four stars. We would stay at this villa again.

    We were happy with our accommodations and the location was great. Our view of the pond. Proximity to the pool and amenities such as shops and restaurants was very convenient. The unit was well stocked and clean. The staff was excellent and addressed any needs we had immediately. We would probably not book this unit again because of steps. Would prefer main bedroom on lower level.

    We stayed in the unit for approximately 5 weeks from mid-October to mid-November. Everything was as described in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was great right next to the pool. We enjoyed the golf cart to get to the gym and the beach. It's one of the few pet friendly rentals that met our criteria. We will be back.

    My Vacation Haven was a perfect stay for a weekend at the beach.

    The house was a little bit dark during the afternoon, not much sun and the kitchen wasn't highly equipped. But the location was perfect (5 mins from the beach) and the back yard was perfect for a bbq coming back from the beach. If you're looking for a short stay close to the beach, this is the perfect house.

    This particular unit is right next to the pool which my children loved. It was a little way to the beach so I would recommend getting a gulf cart. The inside condition of the villa was immaculate and everything was in working condition. There were also 5 beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach��

    Love pool area but no hot tub
    second floor with 14 stairs was a bit rough. We used tram a few times-nice feature
    Very clean some things need to be replaced like lamp shade in 2nd bedroom was pretty broken with cracks in it. Shower in Master needs to be looked at, we managed but needs help. Never saw owner or manager but we had nice neighbors.

    Overall my day was very nice. I wasn't aware if I had access to the golf car or not. That would have been helpful. I was a little suspicious that I had to copy and submit my driver's license. I had never done that with a vacation rental so I was a little uncomfortable with that. I weather aware that there was a program where you can gain points towards a free vacation rental especially since this was my second rental 2016.
