With two bedrooms(upstairs), 2.5 bathrooms, as well as a queen sofa sleeper, this property is airy and spacious and accommodates six people. The townhome is close to the Gulf of Mexico’s sugar white beaches but also offers casual lakeside relaxation at its best. Off of the living area is a private patio overlooking a peaceful lake with fountains and a bridge to round out the picturesque landscape.
The outdoor area is ideal for guests to enjoy. The fully equipped kitchen sparkles with stainless steel appliances and provides both a breakfast bar area and separate dining area. In addition to lakeside leisure, guests will enjoy keyless entry, a private entrance to the townhome, front door parking and wireless internet. Take your private golf cart for a spin around the resort to check out the dining and shopping!

Guests can take advantage of Beachwalk Villas nearby access to the beautiful Gulf beaches. When it’s time for sunny fun, Beachwalk Villas has a community pool. As an added bonus My Vacation Haven stores complimentary beach chairs, an umbrella, a boogie board and sand toys right in the villa for your easy access and use during your stay.

    Great unit, everything you need including beach chairs and board games! Golf cart was a GREAT PLUS. My son enjoyed fishing in the pond. The pool is STEPS away from this unit which is great. The pool at the community is clean & nice as is the aquatics center. The pool at the beach access is kind of need of an update.

    Unit is just as described. Well stocked and clean. MVH is easy to work with and quick to respond via text or phone. Pluses of this unit worth Noting: very close to WALK TO POOL ( it’s on the Cul de sac that pool is on. ) Community pool is clean and nice. You can also use Aquatic Center pool that’s a quick golf cart ride away and it’s zero entry and very nice. You can use “Beach House “ pool located at the beach access but I found it a tad dirty, run down and over crowded. Golf Cart was GREAT!

    Overall very good - spacious and welcoming, loved the welcome boxes in kitchen and bathrooms, good amount of towels/wash rags. The location and is nice - 2-3 mins to beach by golf cart and 5-7 mins to Baytown Wharf by golf cart. You will be driving on high traffic roads with cars. Kitchen sink faucet on first day was repaired very promptly. Water came in under sliding glass door with a heavy rain on Wednesday morning. This barely impacted our stay as it was in a low traffic area. We used our own towels and had to launder them for use later, but with the laundry amenities this really wasn’t a problem. The parking spots in front of our unit were often taken by people from other units - not such a big deal except the host expects the golf cart to be charged when not in use and the cord only stretches so far.

    First visit to this part of Florida and wow what a beautiful place to stay! The villa was so centrally located close to beach and pool restaurants etc...the golf cart was awesome to have a real luxury with 2 children and being a single mom...Every single day we sat on patio and watched the turtles and crane that visited along with the little lizards and frogs which the boys absolutely loved! The home was so warm and welcoming with a great beach vibe perfect size and well stocked kitchen along with very comphy beds! Big thank you for the communication with My Vacation Haven and making everything so easy and understandable! Thank you to the host for sharing such a lovely home and allowing us to stay and make great beach memories!

    Good place and great service. The only complaint is the AC seemed to struggle especially when we all got back in the afternoon. It would get pretty warm in the rental and there were complaints it was too hot in there by kids and visiting family from next door whose AC was frigid. They sent someone to check it out very quickly but it didn’t fix the problem. Overall great golf cart and cool place and fun time!

    We really enjoyed our stay in San Destin Resort! Everything you need is at the resort and was very nice to have the golf cart to commute around the resort. It was also nice to have the fishing rods and ponds to fish in due to some bad weather while we were there.

    It was so peaceful and enjoyable!
    Forgot my hairdryer and the one at the condo was not working. I let the front desk know, and they deliver me one that day. Very sweet.
    Place was clean, and so quiet. We loved it, and will be staying again

    We had a very enjoyable time here. Beautiful area, nice clean beach. Loved being able to use the go-cart to get around. Baytown Wharf was a neat little place to go to walk, eat, shop and play, also accessible by go-cart. Would recommend.

    Our family of 4 stayed for 10 days and had such a wonderful time! We had more than enough room, the kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean and in good working order. We stayed in a couple days due to a tropical storm, but had books and puzzles to enjoy found in the closet. The golf cart was wonderful. Great location between the beach and Baytown. Not a bad walk to the beach either. Can’t wait to come back!

    The rental t=itself was nice and roomy. You can pull the car (or golf cart) right up to the door which was great and very convenient. We were pleasantly surprised by the beach umbrella and chairs . The umbrella was not the typical cheap one from Walmart but was very nice w/ built in table with drink holders, and there were about 8 chairs, several boogie boards and lots of toys to play in the sand, as well as a few fishing poles. The only complaint is that the front gate and the side gate were both broken and could not close. The front gate was just hanging on one hinge, definitely needs to be fixed.

    Loved everything about it however all the pans to cook and spatulas were very cheap I would recommend better quality cookie materials.
