This rental offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with beachy colors and private outdoor space. Downstairs, the unit centers on a gorgeous living area with vaulted ceilings and sliding glass doors that open to a private patio overlooking the lake. You’ll also find a full kitchen and separate dining space surrounded by beautiful windows and natural light. Cook up a meal in the kitchen or BBQ some great cooking on your private grill and enjoy your meals outside in the warm weather.

When it comes to sleeping arrangements, this home away from home sleeps 6 comfortably including the bonus loft on the second floor. There is a guest room with queen bed on the first floor that offers an en suite bath with tub/shower combo and private patio with table and chairs. This outdoor sanctuary is a perfect spot to start your day! You’ll also find the master with en suite bath on the second floor, plus two twin beds in the loft, great for the kids or grandkids. The master offers a sitting area, walk-in closet, plus a walk-in shower and double vanity.

However, the best part of this beach side sanctuary is the location. Just minutes away are the iconic white sands and emerald waves of the Gulf. Pack up in the included golf cart and take a ride over to Miramar Beach. Spend the day in the sun and enjoy the real beauty of Florida from a beach chair. If you’re looking for a great meal or quick lunch treat, walk down the beach to find The Beach House Restaurant, Barefoot’s Beachside Bar & Grill, and Seagar’s Prime Steaks and Seafood.

This condo unit was absolutely amazing. It was very clean and had everything and anything you could need. We really enjoyed our morning coffee on the back patio. It was so peaceful. We enjoyed looking at the turtles in the lake. The beds were very comfortable and every room had it’s own television . The beach closet was stocked with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach items. The use of the golf cart was definitely a plus. We used it every day to take our items to the beach, which is a very short and beautiful drive down the main road. We also used it to go the grocery, dinners, and just to drive around and see all the beauty this resort has to offer. Once you’re here, there’s really no need to drive your car again until it’s time to depart. The unit is within walking distance to get coffee and donuts for your morning start. The pool is very close and nice. While you’re here, be sure to use the golf cart to check out the Bayside Wharf. There are many restaurants there and lots to do especially for those with children. I cannot think of one negative thing to say about our stay, except that I wish our stay was longer. May have to plan for that next time. Do yourself a favor and book this condo. You will not be disappointed.

This is a very nice condo - modern and decorated nicely. The location is perfect - there is a lake in the backyard and my children enjoyed feeding the fish and turtles. There are fishing poles available, though we didn't use them. The golf cart is awesome and makes it very convenient to go to the beach, shopping or any number of restaurants. We had a great time!

The condo has a perfect view of the lake from the living room which can also be seen from the kitchen area while cooking! Beautiful and peaceful scenery. All furniture is in great condition, the condo is modern and up to date. A 3 minute golf cart ride will get you right to the beach (which is perfect because you avoid the beach condo crowds while staying at this condo). The pool was absolutely wonderful when needing a break from the sand, plus it is walking distance from the condo. I highly recommend staying here! The location and quality of this condo is perfect.

We have been coming to Sandestin for the last 30 years and hands-down. This has been our favorite property that we’ve stayed at. The colors in the condo or super soothing and relaxing. It was clean, safe, and delivered on everything. Kids enjoyed having their loft room too. Beach equipment came in handy. The golf car was an added bonus that we used daily. Wish we could stay for an entire month! Ready to go back already. Highly recomend.

This townhome was amazing. It looked just like the pictures and was very clean. The place was updated with the decor and furnishings being modern, and beautiful with a beach house feel. The kitchen was stocked for your cooking needs. The beach closet was also stocked with chairs, floats, umbrellas and fishing poles. It was really nice being on an end unit that seemed to have more space and privacy. The lake views from the house and patio were pretty and it was peaceful and relaxing out there. We were informed the dryer was going to be serviced while we were there, but we were able to still use it. The dryer just took longer to dry. They had signs letting us know and we just ran the loads two times. The golf cart was definitely a plus and fit all 6 of us and our beach gear nicely. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo while we were visiting relatives in the area. The location was excellent because it was very close to one of the swimming pools and just a short drive by golf cart to the beach. We were also very close to lots of great places to shop, dine and kid's activities.

What an AMAZING stay we had! This was our first time traveling to Miramar Beach and we can’t wait to come back!The condo is absolutely breathtaking! The decor was beautiful and it was so neat and clean. It has absolutely everything you need for your stay. It is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, the beach and the pools. The view of the lake in the back is so serene and relaxing. Having the golf cart was a wonderful added bonus being able to drive it to the beach, shopping, dinner and the grocery. Unit 5161 and the Beachwalk Villas offers everything you need and so much more! We can’t wait to come back! We are already talking about booking our next vacation!

This is our second time to stay at this unit and it was perfect again everything you need is provided for you it’s clean it’s modern up-to-date. We love having the golf cart to tool around in. The beach is very close and it’s nice that the pools are heated. Baytown wharf is awesome with all the shops and restaurants in entertainment

This was a perfect unit for our girls vacation this is the second year we’ve gone there and we love it. More than enough room to spread out. Convenient to Baytown wharf and the beach. Unit is beautiful inside with everything you could possibly need. We will definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. It was very clean and comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed and beautifully decorated. It was conveniently located to shops and restaurants. The golf cart was in great condition and was so convenient to have considering the beach is less than a mile from the condo. The drive to the beach on the golf cart was beautiful. 3 pools are very close to the condo itself, one being heated year round which was perfect for the slight breeze of April weather. We will definitely be back..

Perfect Family Vacation

Our family of 5 had the best stay in this unit. It was comfortable, well stocked, kid-friendly, clean, and the location couldn’t be beat. We loved grilling out on the back patio while the kids fished in the lake. The loft was perfect for our kids to have movie nights and easily fit all 3 for sleeping (toddler on an air mattress- big kids in beds). We didn’t even use the downstairs bedroom but plan to return with grandparents. The upstairs master is huge and the walk in closet could easily fit a pack and play for young families! The golf cart was awesome. Plenty of linens, all smart TVs, just perfect. We will definitely be booking this unit again in the future.

My family of 5 stayed here in the Winter. We were really impressed with the property and resort. The townhome layout is really well done and was conducive to great sleeping arrangements for my wife and I and our 3 kids, whille preserving the kitchen and living room for parent evenings or little kid early wake ups. All of the resort pools we visited were heated and usable in the winter. The closest pool is a short walk away. The beach is beautiful and is either a long walk or a short drive away.
