Located on the beach side of the Emerald Coast in the Beachwalk Villa community, this two story Sandestin townhome has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms—it’s perfect for families or small groups of friends.

The two bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second floor, which gives plenty of privacy for those socializing downstairs. The newly renovated downstairs lends itself beautifully to entertaining and to spending quality time together. A large living room is elegantly furnished; the plush sofa pulls out into a queen bed. Wall-to-wall sliding glass doors lead out onto your private patio where there’s additional seating and stunning views of the lake and of the Florida landscape.

Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts wall to wall windows overlooking the lake. This cozy space has a chic king bed, a love seat, and a tasteful en suite bath. The second guest room also has a king bed, flat screen TV, and full en suite bath. The stackable washer and dryer are upstairs in the corridor between the bedrooms.

While you’ll make many memories at this beautiful townhome, you’ll make even more out and about on the complimentary 4-seater golf cart that you have access to at Beachwalk Villas 5175.     I recently had the pleasure of staying at Beachwalk Villa during my vacation in San Destin and I cannot express how delighted I am with this stunning condo. This review comes with a solid five-star rating for an unforgettable experience.From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views. The condo is perched right near the beach.The interior of this unit was just as impressive as its surroundings. The decor is tastefully designed, with a coastal charm that immediately puts you in vacation mode. The condo was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail was evident in every room. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils you could need, making meal preparation a breeze.The amenities at Beachwalk Villa were exceptional. The pool area was pristine and well-maintained, providing a great alternative to the beach. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. We enjoyed the convenience of having everything we needed just a short drive away with the golf cart provided with the rental unit!The booking and check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the efficient and friendly staff. The owners made us feel welcome and ensured that our stay was stress-free. We will definitely be booking this condo again!

    My husband and I brought our 2 children (8&13) here for 4 nights. We just had the best time and our kids can’t wait to go back. The entry way to this unit is so awesome! Leaving all our sandy stuff in it and being able to rinse off with a hose drastically reduced the amount of sand brought into the home. They also have a cabinet in the entry way you can put your stuff in. They had 2 chairs, an umbrella, and 2 boogie boards. When you walk into the unit it had a nice clean beachy feel with lots of blues and whites. The kitchen had everything we needed! We cooked shrimp inside and grilled steaks on the gas grill. The table sits 5, being that it’s a 2 bedroom it was perfect for the 4 of us. There are barstools as well if you have 2 more guest. The furniture was comfortable and the kids fought over the lovesac bean bag everyday!! Coffee in the morning on the patio was so nice, tons of turtles, frogs, and birds. Walking around the lake with a glass of wine at sunset was one of my favorite things to do after a long day on the beach. Both king beds upstairs we super comfy! Each room has its own full bathroom so that was nice when everyone needed showers before dinner. Now the best part, according to our kids, the golf cart! This rental comes with a 4 person golf cart. It has seatbelts on the back seats, which made me feel very safe driving our kids around. We drove to the beach, around the property, and to Baytown wharf via a special tunnel that runs from the property under the hwy and to Baytown. You can also drive it to Publix and all the shops/restaurants next to Baytown. Getting to the beach was easy. They had a designated golf cart parking area and you just followed the path from there. We just absolutely loved our stay and are thinking about surprising our kids with an end of summer trip back because they enjoyed it so much. We can’t wait to go back!!

    I love the location & ,of course, the golf cart! But the villa itself was amazing! We had plenty of room for the 5 of us on a girls trip & we were able to do a little cooking at villa in gorgeous new kitchen, fully stocked with everything we needed and since it rained some we played some games provided. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were well appointed - overall, a 5 star experience! We’ll definitely be back!

    The perfect location, the perfect villa! It was quite obvious Our Escape has been recently upgraded with new furnishings and kitchen countertops and appliances. The patio area is very pleasant and serene with a view of the lake and the golf cart makes getting around Sandestin a breeze! Can't wait to go back!!
