Experience Your Vacation Haven
The minute you step through the front gate, you’ll be given the gift of privacy with a courtyard in front and a large deck in back. This much-sought-after rental is located on one of the scenic lakes within SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®, with the Gulf of Mexico close by. When you return from activities, there’s an outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse.

The entire townhouse has high end updates including extensive shiplap and inspirational coastal décor. The modernized kitchen is fully stocked and provides all the necessary implements for your culinary pleasure. There’s a high-top dining table just right for memorable meals. The living area with seating for all invites you to laze in front of an entertainment center. But you’ll be tempted to spend more time on the amazing deck, overlooking the water with a unique view of the masterfully designed area. The large outdoor living area is complete with ample seating, a dining area and grill. Inside, there’s a wet bar.

The primary bedroom is located on the second level and guests will enjoy the private balcony as well as the huge ensuite bathroom that has a soaking tub. On the first level, there are two additional king suites with their own ensuite bathrooms and a choice of being able to enjoy the front courtyard or the back deck area. Upstairs, the loft provides an entertainment area with extra sleeping space.

A 6-seat golf cart is provided, and you’re not far from shopping and dining that makes Miramar Beach one of the most visited beaches in Northwest Florida.

    A great little house close to the beach. Very happy with amenities, home, and the stay. Beds were comfortable, plenty of room and lots of room! You will enjoy staying in this home!

    The property was as described and whatever small questions or concerns were dealt with quickly by text. One issue with the dishwasher was resolved the same day. We enjoyed our stay and was able to relax and enjoy the back deck every night. The golf cart came on handy. Parking was tight with two cars and the golf cart.

    The experience was great. Very open and love the separated rooms and bathrooms. Everything was great. Only problem we had is the golf cart was dead when we tried to use it and had a water leak in the downstairs bathroom leaking from the ceiling. Happy with our stay.

    The property was just as described. It was a newly updated, very spacious townhome. We had a great stay. We are actually staying in the unit again soon. The bedrooms are great. The kitchen is fantastic. The living room is very spacious and cozy. The beds are super comfortable. It’s a great condo overall. The golf cart is great for a family of four or smaller. The only negatives would probably be the dryer doesn’t dry great, and the upstairs balcony is a little concerning, and could probably use a few repairs. Overall this is one of the best units we have stayed in at the beach!

    We had family staying at the nearby Camping on the Gulf and needed a rental close by to visit them. This place was wonderful. The pictures reflected the property and we found it very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking in and the couch was large enough for all of us to comfortably hang out. We would stay here again!
