Experience three floors of beach-themed bliss at this newly updated three-story beach resort getaway! Brisas Del Mar is a cozy yet elegant beach house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The home sleeps 12. It’s perfectly spread out, so you feel like you have plenty of privacy…even in a full house!

Enter Brisas Del Mar and immediately feel welcomed by the plush furnishings. Everything is arranged for gathering and enjoying time together in the main living space and the kitchen. The open concept of the living room makes the home feel intimate and spacious. There’s ample seating. The dining table accommodates 8 while the kitchen’s granite breakfast bar seats 4.

The first master bedroom is on this level. It features a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, and en suite accessible to the first-floor guests.

The second floor boasts a second master suite with king bed, TV, private balcony, and private en suite with double vanity, jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower. The third bedroom is a queen with a futon and private balcony access. This room shares a full bath in the hallway.

The third floor is a real treat and is a perfect place for the kids. The bedroom in the crow’s nest has a twin-over-twin bunk with twin trundle and a twin-over-full bunk with twin trundle. There are two balconies on floor three, one of which overlooks one of the pools.

No doubt you’ll want to spend lots of time at the pool or on the beach’s sugar white sands. Brisas Del Mar boasts 2.5 acres of private coastline, so you’ll have lots of space to head down to the water and to spread out! Talk about resort-style beach bliss!

We stayed at this beautiful house with some of our friends, 4 adults and 5 kids! It was the PERFECT place. The younger kids loved the bunk room, while our teen was able to have her own room as well as each set of parents. The house was beautiful and very well maintained. The location was perfect if you’re traveling with kids. Not far to the beach and right next to the pool! Overall it was a wonderful stay and we could not have been more pleased with everything!

Fantastic location! Maravilla was uniquely placed just feet away from beach access. Our rental was perfect for our group of 8 (4 adults/4 kids), with a birds nest on the 3rd level for our young ones to call their own. Resort style pool in our backyard, and so much to do around the area. Would love for the property managers to consider allowing golf cart rentals for the property, but to be honest, we wouldn’t have used it for the beach at all, it was too close and no where to park the rental. Would have used it tour the shopping areas and just puddle around the scenic route. Crab Island is a must and 10 minutes away! What a great way to spend a week!

We’ll head back, for sure, we may just try a different time of year.

The property was beautiful and the house was so nice and cute. Close to the beach. The property management was a bit much. Usually you rent a place and you submit an application but this place makes you put 12 people on the application even if you have less than that. Also be prepared that they want you to come to their office to show ID. I get it at spring break but it’s a 30 minute round trip and they want every adult to drive out there to bring ID. It’s a bit much. They messaged me for several days with all their rules and garbage rules...etc. It was a bit much and I felt on edge. Eventually I just ignored them and enjoyed my stay. The house was nice.

This is a fantastic place to stay!! Close to the beach, heated pool, lots of amenities, close to fun attractions and food. So close to the beach! Easy walk. The house was clean inside and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans, utensils, etc. The only complaints were some of the door handles didn’t work properly, the blinds were broken or missing in some rooms (but they fixed some of them for us while we were there!!), the outside of the house needs power washed and cleaned up. The beach wagon doesn’t really work anymore because it’s too old, so don’t count on having that for the beach. But, other than that it was perfect. Our family was very happy with our stay and would absolutely come back!!! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our time together as a family in this home. The home was spacious and clean. The only issues we had included: some missing blinds in the master suite, the home needed more silverware and updated cooking utensils/pots/pans (very old and damaged), a few door knobs did not work properly, and the coffee table drawer was broken.
