This immaculate single story 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom rental home is ready for your family to enjoy. Decorated by a Nashville designer, this gorgeous home is pet-friendly and includes a 6-seat golf cart to explore the nearby attractions.

As soon as you pull up, you’ll know that you’ve arrived in paradise. The large screened front porch evokes a sense of relaxation with large, welcoming seating. The open concept living space includes a kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and living space.

The updated kitchen features granite countertops, beautiful cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. It’s fully equipped with cooking utensils, a coffee maker, toaster, microwave and more. Dine at the large round table that seats six guests, or at the breakfast bar, which seats four. Outside, you’ll find a grill and barbecue where you can cook up the catch of the day and then feast at the patio table. Adjacent to the kitchen and dining area, you’ll find the living room filled with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV.

When it's time to retire, there are 3 bedrooms, all featuring large, comfortable beds. The master bedroom has a king bed, desk and en suite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower and walk-in closet. The two guest bedrooms both have queen beds and share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is also a laundry room with a washer, dryer and ironing board.

Soak up the Florida sun and take a short stroll to the beautiful community pool of Bungalos, equipped with umbrellas and lounge chairs or hop over to Miramar Beach to experience the silky white sands and emerald waters everyone’s been talking about.

If you’re looking for some adventure, brush up on your putting skills on the putting green located next to the community pool, or scoot over to Grand Boulevard to get your groceries, engage in some retail therapy, or a grab a quick bite to eat.     This home had all we needed and was very clean and comfy. Convenient to everything and the golf cart access saved us so much time getting around the resort. The management company is amazing and made sure we had all we needed. I come to Sandestin every year and I think our family found our new place!! Thanks again!

    2441 Bungalos was a perfect getaway for our family! The pool was very close, and the pet friendly home was a plus. The beds were very comfortable, the living room furniture is starting to show some wear, but it's to be expected with a vacation home. We had a few minor issues that were resolved quickly by My Vacation Haven. Unfortunately, did not have use of the golf cart during the entire week, which was the low-light of our trip, but the rental company did work with us on an acceptable resolution.

    We travel to this area at least once a year and this property is our favorite of all the places we’ve stayed. The home is exactly as described and very clean. There’s plenty of seating in the living room, ample towels and wash cloths, and the beds are super comfy with soft linens. The toiletry and kitchen essentials boxes are helpful if you forget anything. The people on the area are friendly, and there were no safety concerns when took our dog out for his walks, even at night. The front porch is fabulous and having a golf cart available was convenient. The location is new plenty of off-resort beach, shopping, and restaurant options.

    Timely, helpful communication from property management. We didn’t have any issues during our stay and expectations for checkout were clear. I highly recommend this property and will definitely book again.

    Wonderful family vacation experience. The screened porch for morning coffee, and the huge table for dinner. The pool is basically in your front yard, and the golf cart made getting around convenient. The home has everything you need from beach chairs, to umbrella and several games.

    Had the pleasure of renting this beautiful home for Spring Break and my birthday. Many memories were made with family and friends.     Everything was fine except the issue with the golf cart. It was in need of repairs of which actually made it unsafe to operate. After pleading with them to come and inspect it, they were in agreement with me.We were without it for a couple of days. Thankfully we were provided with a loner, which all I can say is it was a loner. Other than that everything was absolutely awesome!! I've booked several vacations using this company and will continue to, but this particular golf cart can really be a deal breaker especially when it's used as a huge selling point.

    This was by far our favorite stay in Sandestin. The house was top of the line EVERYTHING. Spacious accommodations and beautifully decorated. The screened porch was an added bonus and the twin ottoman was perfect for our 3-yr old grandson. We will definitely plan to stay here again!     We've vacationed in Sandestin for more than 30 years and this is by far one of our favorite places. The unit has top of the line EVERYTHING! Beautifully decorated and quite roomy.     Best vacation in along time. Everything was absolutely wonderful cottage was exactly as presented on web sight. The golf cart was a great touch easy to get around the resort with. I will definitely do it again. Only issue was the smoke detector going off and no ladder to reach it to change the battery.

    We have rented through My Vacation Haven for several years and their service has been great. This year was a no exception. We had stayed in this property last year and didn't hesitate to it again. We love the Sandestin Resort and never consider staying anywhere else.

    This was a great home for our family vacation. The home was very clean and comfortable. we enjoyed the screened porch and kitchen. We loved being able to use the golf cart for all our excursions around the property. we will defiantly be staying here again.

    We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was all that we wanted and then some. This home is located in a quite area that is convenient to the beach, pool, shopping, and restaurants. The golf cart is such a bonus, and makes it very easy to get to places. The home is well designed , beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and very clean. The screened in porch is a wonderful addition for morning coffee, reading, working, and having dinner. We absolutely loved this home and it’s solitude.

    For the record.............this is one of the best equipped rentals that we have stayed in. Everything that we needed was in the kitchen and what was there was just a little nicer than you normally find in a rental. Mattresses were comfortable and this was a wonderful location to kick back and just relax during our escape.

    With Covid forcing work from home, i worked from a bungalo for a change of pace. I thoroughly enjoyed my month at bungalo 2441. The rental company was great to work with and I liked handling requests by email. Whenever there was something I needed, they were very quick to respond. Their maintenance team is amazing and they took care of the home and my family. The location of the home is a good ride to the beach but it was easy in the golf cart. You get everywhere in the golf cart - the village or grand Blvd are both close by and a nice ride at 17 mph. The resort seems geared to the golf card speed and the pace of life just seemed to slow down so you could enjoy it. I loved sitting on the front porch in comfy furniture drinking coffee and evening beverages. This unit is near the pool but it was not heated. There were plenty of events at the village to try out. Great weather too!

    House was great. My only small complaint is there is no access to the back yard area which would have been good because we had our dog.

    This was our third time staying in this neighborhood for vacation. We absolutely love the location and atmosphere this neighborhood has to offer! The house was very clean and well equipped for our stay. Having a six seater golf cart was a must for the whole family to ride along and this house had it! The first night we stayed one of the bed rails broke,when instantly sat on, and we called maintenance the next day and they were there within an hour to fix it! We also received a notification that the house was ready for our stay and were able to check In before the scheduled time without a problem, which was great because we arrived two hours early! Overall this house was fantastic and we can’t wait to book for our next stay!
