If you’re looking for a large rental with a golf cart and ample outdoor space, come home to Rig’s Beach Retreat, complete with two floors of space, 4 bedrooms, and two living areas.

Rig’s Beach Retreat is a single family home with room for families and friend groups to enjoy Gulf living. On the first floor, you’ll find an open concept living space with full kitchen, dining area, and living room. Take your food and conversation outside, as this home features a front porch, screened back porch with cozy seating and sun curtains, along with a paver patio with grill for personal use in the spacious backyard. This home is one of only a few in Bungalos with a back porch.

While this house was made to entertain, your guests will have all the comforts they need each night, too! On the first floor, you’ll find a master bedroom with walk-in closet for long stays and en suite bath, along with a guest room featuring bunkbeds for the kids. The first floor hosts another full bathroom with tub/shower combo for convenience. Upstairs, you’ll find the second master with en suite bath and the second guest room with full hall bath. Also upstairs is a second living area with a TV and queen sleeper sofa.

Soak up the Florida sun and take a short stroll to the beautiful community pool of Bungalos, equipped with umbrellas and lounge chairs or hop over to Miramar Beach to experience the silky white sands and emerald waters everyone’s been talking about.

If you’re looking for some adventure, brush up on your putting skills on the putting green located next to the community pool, or scoot over to Grand Boulevard to get your groceries, engage in some retail therapy, or grab a quick bite to eat. While out, don’t forget to stop at The Village of Baytowne Wharf. This magical place is a must-see on any Miramar Beach vacation.     We stayed here over Xmas. It’s a lovely property. The back porch was a lovely bonus. Great area! The house was beautifully decorated and lovely and clean. My only complaint was that if you wanted to do home cooking, it was a bit difficult as the kitchen utensils and pots and pans were a bit lacking and dated. On a positive note, the washer and dryer were amazing! We had one slight hiccup with the getting the golf cart started but the property management team was absolutely amazing and dealt with it instantly, even over Xmas holidays!! So, overall a fabulous experience staying here!

    Loved the set up. Everything was right on the property. Only thing I wished if you would have left a map of the property. We didn’t find something till the last night.

    This house was perfect for our family vacation. We'll appointed and beautifully decorated. The bunk room was an added bonus for our 4yr old grandson. We were treated to a brand new golf cart during our stay. We will definitely be returning in the future!

    Fabulous house! We stayed next door last year but need a bigger place for our family. This one was perfect! Lots of room with top-of-the-line amenities. The bunkroom was a wonderful addition for our 4-year old grandson. The upstairs was quite spacious with its 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and separate living area. As everyone knows, a golf cart is the greatest form of transporation in Sandestin and Rig's Beach Retreat didn't disappoint with it's BRAND NEW CART. We look forward to more stays and memories!

    Our month in Sandestin was a great experience! Golf cart is a MUST!
    Getting around in your golf cart to the beach, dinners out, groceries,
    Swimming, tennis and shopping without even
    Leaving the community. I would like to mention it would
    Be a good idea for Sandestin to put out
    A monthly newsletter with all the upcoming events
    And activities.

    Absolutely loved the layout of this house. It was perfect for our family with two teenagers who had their own bedroom and bathroom. We had everything we needed and will definitely stay again!

    What a pleasant, well cared for home in a beautiful community. Immediately upon entry you notice how clean and cared for the home is. There is comfortable furniture, high end appliances, and very tasteful modern decorations. The front porch became such a nice place to begin each morning with a cup of coffee after a long walk around the golf course community. The included golf cart allowed us to experience the rest of the Sandestin property that wasn't so easily traveled by foot. In fact, you could make a solid argument that no vehicle would be needed while staying here, as we didn't bring one. All the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There was also a pool and a putting green across the street that we also enjoyed. I highly recommend this unit, as it is very apparent the property owners and mgmt company take very good care of it.

    We have an annual retreat at Sandestin Resort and this was my second time staying at this exact property! Again...I loved it! This time I brought my girls with me and it was enough space for us all and we had an amazing time.

    After our previous rental property fell through, I found this property and it delivered 100%! Not only did it come with a 6-seater golf cart, but there were bikes, a pool across the street and access to the beach thru the tunnel that goes under hwy 98 with the golf cart! Besides the screened-in porch, there was a small backyard the granddaughters could run around in. Overall a great experience!
    (If a king-sz bed would fit in one of the bedrooms upstairs, it would be even more perfect!)

    We had an amazing vacation with family and friends last week. It was much needed and booked last minute. The house was great and had plenty of room for our 10 guests. My boys loved the bunk beds. We had friends staying next door and several others around the property so having the golf cart was fantastic as they came over often. We never used the shuttle and don't think we would have. We loved using the cart to shop at Publix and Grand Blvd. We grilled out several nights after long boating days and relaxed playing baseball outside with the kids. We already talked about booking again next year. Our only suggestions would be adding some pans and extra hand towels as cooking with big groups the selection isn't enough. We left some fun daiquiri glasses as a thank you!
