The Bungalows at Seagrove is a quaint neighborhood tucked away in the heart of Seagrove Beach, one of Scenic Highway 30A’s original beach towns. This single-family home community offers one and two bedroom, Old Florida styled homes complete with porches and balconies, lap-board siding, metal roofing, large exterior shutters and of course palm trees. Enjoy access to two community pools, separate children’s pool and hot tub, and lake views, all just steps from the Gulf of Mexico and beautiful scenic highway 30A. Bikes are always welcome in Seagrove Beach, where 17-miles of path along Highway 30A make for a better way to travel, especially when dozens of locally owned restaurants, shops and markets are nearby. Great location. Quiet peaceful. Clean and newly updated. While the kitchen had the essentials; the dishes, utensils and cookware were subpar. There were also no towel rods in the bathrooms.

This house was in a great location. The house was clean. The pool was our favorite part and it was perfect for small children. The beach and grocery store are very close. Definitely would recommend.

Beautiful house and community! Everything was clean and the company was very responsive with any needs we had. The pool was amazing and a close distance to the house. The walk to the beach was a little far, especially with kids. I would suggest driving to the public access down the road instead. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this unit! It's location is very quiet and off the beaten path so there was no one to bother us. They had just finished renovating the unit so everything was brand new, fresh and clean. In fact, they hadn't hooked up the new washer and dryer yet. The management company was very friendly and attentive and someone came within an hour to finish the hook up. We'll definitely stay here again!

Unit was well maintained, and clean.
My suggestions would be to add some baking sheets, baking pans, and a couple non stick pans in the unit- would have liked to make breakfast for my family. Could have used more blankets for the beds, specifically the pull out sofa. Also consider adding a couple more beach chairs to the beach bin on the porch- the 2 were great, 4 would have been ideal! The location was super easy to find and a close walk to the public beach access.
Overall it was a great stay, thank you for sharing your piece of paradise!

We had family staying at the Grayton Beach State Campground. The location was perfect for us to travel back and forth to visit.We enjoyed our stay in unit 114. It was clean and well kept. We noted a few items that could use some attention, but for a vacation rental, it was great. We sent photos of items to MyVacationHaven to ensure they were already accounted for. It would have been nice to have a dedicated check in process to make a note of these items. The only thing that was less then we expected was a lack of blankets/comforters provided, but when we contacted MyVacationHaven they brought some by the end of the business day. We would have been happy bring blankets with us, but didn’t realize they no longer provided them since COVID. The kitchen made it easy to enjoy family meals together. The Bungalow has been recently updated, including all new kitchen appliances, making for great internal style. Overall, we were pleased with the available kitchen items. We would have enjoyed having a pizza pan, pizza cutter, a baking sheet, and a spatula. The location within The Bungalows at Seagrove was quiet, as it is an end unit away from the pool area. The upper balcony was northern facing and over looking a water feature, which made for a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee and read. The kids enjoyed spotting turtles and fish in the water. The neighbors let us know to keep our distance from the water due to snacks.Speaking of neighbors, all of the neighbors on the path were very friendly. We enjoyed meeting the pup that lives a few bungalows away. The community pool was a great feature, especially for the kids. The pool was large enough to get their energy out, but shallow enough (5ft at the deepest) to let them use dive toys. We enjoyed a few relaxing moments in the hot tub.We did not use the public beach that is across 30A, as we went to the Grayton Beach State Park Beach, but it was a short walk from the bungalow. We ventured to check it out, but it was busier than we preferred. We enjoyed several walks along the path on 30A. The bikers during our stay were a bit overwhelming, a dedicated bike path would make walking easier and safer. We found that the early morning walks were the most relaxing. We walked down to the food trucks at Seagrove City Center. We got great brisket nachos for lunch from Barefoot BBQ. We also went toward Rosemary Beach where we found the Beachy Bean Cafe. We enjoyed their Matcha Latte and the Beachy BLT. We did an adult breakfast out at The Perfect Pig, which also a short walk east along 30A. All of the food was amazing, especially the Quiche. We also enjoyed their Bacon Bloody Mary.

This spot is great. Everything was just as pictured on the website. Nice quiet relaxing spot at the end of the boardwalk.

We had no problems at all. There are a couple of things that could be improved:
- The kitchen could use an update on silverware and dishes.
- The TV is funky and hard to navigate. We had no access to local channels for news and weather. Luckily, I was able to access my Netflix's, Amazon Prime, & Peacock accounts to watch movies.
-Both bedrooms could use some room darkening shades.

We will definitely rent this again next time we are in the area.

This was my second time staying at this perfect beach cottage. I have been visiting Old Seagrove for years as I have a friend who owned a home there, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about the area although it has changed enormously over the past 10 years... but after my friend sold her home I had to quickly find another “home away from home” to call my own - and I stumbled upon this lovely gem.

The only “less than perfect” reviews on this place are about the location being tucked away and requiring a bit of a walk from parking, but honestly I find that one of the best features of its charm. The home is tucked away all its own with a little lake in front of it which gives it the best of the old Florida charm I love so much. It’s clean, comfortable and you will have everything you need for a perfect stay. Proximity to the beach, the Tom Thumb gas station for potty breaks and snacks during long days at the beach, and Cafe 30A and Angelina’s can’t be beat. There is a bike rental place a block away and that’s all the transportation you need in this area if you are able-bodied �� Fabulous price point as well. Thank you for this reasonably priced slice of heaven!!!

We are so fond of this vacation rental this was our 4th in a row visiting the same rental. We were impressed with the upgrades from last year. An entire new walkway through out the entire community was installed. They worked hard on maintaining the landscape while we were there. It’s good to know this rental is maintained well. This rental has a lot to offer for the money. Basically two primary en-suite bedrooms upstairs and couch downstairs makes out into a bed. 1/2 bath downstairs with washer and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and all the small appliances you could need (blender,mixer, toaster, coffee maker) plenty dishes and utensils. It feels like a very secure area. I highly recommend this unit!

The property was just as beautiful as it was in the pictures. We enjoyed the fact that it was at the end of the board walk. That give us a secluded private feeling. The walkway to the bungalow could use more lighting. It was extremely dark at times, so I would recommend a flashlight of some kind, for smaller kids at least. Aside from the dark walking path, we have no complaints at all. We look forward to renting this place again.

We had such a great experience at the Bungalows at Seagrove. The property was in a great location and very clean. We are a family of six and had enough room for all of us. The kids loved the pond on the property, and we saw a lot of frogs, turtles and fish! The frogs were noisy at night, but we actually enjoyed their sounds!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The bungalow is well-kept and clean, and the perfect size for 4 of us. I do wish I had known how far away it was from the beach. It was just me and my three boys under 7, and I had a difficult time getting them all to and from the beach. Other than that, it was absolutely delightful.

This is the 3rd year we have stayed in this rental. It meets our needs and then some! Basically 2 master bedrooms with on suite mater bath. One with walk in shower, the other with tub shower combo. Nice size flat screen tv in both. Plus a half bath with laundry area (washer dryer included) downstairs and full size flatscreen there as well. Full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, full size fridge. Nice pool on property for the condo owners and guests. And just a few steps away from the beach. Great location right off 30A. Upper scale area feels very safe! We have never had to worry about our belongings on the beach while we are in the water. We even seen folks set up their chairs, beach toys etc, go back to their condos for lunch. No one bothers anything. Condo area is quiet everyone is respectful of each other. No noise issues. We will be back year after year.

We stayed in The Bungalows at Seagrove right after the rental ban was lifted. We had a very memorable stay and experience. Great location, short walk to the beach, restaurants and bike rentals. The property was sparkling clean, in great condition, had all the amenities inside & out we needed (although hot tub was not working) and we felt very safe. We really enjoyed the secluded location (last bungalow on the walkway), having coffee on the porch & feeding the turtles in the morning. Cannot wait to come back and would highly recommend for families or couples wanting to get away. The beach and area were simply gorgeous!

We love this location. Several bungalows all situated around the swimming pool hot tub. Conveniently located - steps away from the beach, restaurants, shopping. Plenty room in this condo. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and flat screen tv's and their own on-suite bathrooms, shower, tub. This is the 3rd we have rented. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay. The bungalow is the last one on the walkway so it was really quiet. We brought a fold up wagon which really was helpful getting all our stuff unloaded. If we had a problem it was fixed immediately. Looking forward to returning next year.

I would recommend this Bungalow to everyone! The staff was fabulous in helping us to feel welcome and making sure we had everything we could want. It's a short walk to the beach and the turtle pond was so much fun to watch from the deck. Wildlife is everywhere (saw a silver fox, turtles, pelican, and birds of all kinds!). We rented bikes (at the recommendation of the staff) and rode all over the area - no parking worries! The swimming pool and spa are in really good condition and a pleasure to use. Absolutely loved our time in #114 at the Bungalows at Seagrove. Can't wait to go back!

Nice small two bedroom, two bathroom bungalow. It was a bit of a haul to get our stuff unloaded and into the bungalow due the distance between the parking lot to the front door. The lighting was dim, and could use higher wattage bulbs. The beach was a 10 minute walk, and not hard. Since it was an end unit it was quiet except for the constant presence of people fishing out front. The home was clean.

We arrived about 20min. early & our code didnt work so we decided to go ahead & unload our luggage. By tbe time ee finished our code was activatef. The house was very nice & clean. The furnishings were comfortable. The walk to the beach was about 10 min. The house was in a good location & private. Overall a very nice vacation.

We are local to PCB and just wanted to get away for the weekend. The 114 Bungalow was so quaint, cozy and peaceful. It was just what we needed for a 4 day getaway!

The two master suites were nice size with their own master baths. Cute little walk out to second floor porch. We have 2 eight year old girls that loved to picnic by the lake and feed the fish and turtles. We also enjoyed the GIANT pool for several hours a day. It was very clean and we met a lot of other families. Out was a nice walk to the beach, gas station, and souvenir store. No doubt about it, we would stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at 114. This was our second stay at the Bungalows, and while our first visit was wonderful, I enjoyed 114 more. The home décor and layout was ideal. The provided supplies were convenient. From the stairs up, the unit is carpeted, which is a pro in my opinion. Beds were COMFORTABLE. Overall, wonderful stay.

Great Seagrove vacation

My children and I stayed here the week after Christmas and we loved the place. It is in a great location, not far from the beach and an easy bike ride to Seaside. The house is in its own little corner of a neighborhood of similar bungalows and feels more secluded than it is. There is a little lake right outside the front door and it's pleasant to sit on the porch or upstairs balcony and just relax and watch the birds or listen to the surf in the distance.

The interior is well-appointed and comfortable with excellent wi-fi. The beds were awesome. Everything was clean and in good working order. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
