The main living area located on the second floor of the home is an open concept space featuring a gorgeous gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, multi-colored cabinets and farmhouse sink, along with a spacious dining area and comfortable living room connected by stunning wood floors and rustic décor. This layout craves large gatherings, as does the three floors of bedroom space. On the first floor, you’ll find two bedrooms with multiple sleeping options, one full bath, plus a laundry room and wet bar making beach and pool days a breeze. You’ll find three more bedrooms on the second and third floors, which feature private balconies and four additional full baths. This beachside haven can sleep up to 19 guests, and it’s ready for you to make some lasting memories.

    Our stay was amazing. There were 19 of us and we had plenty of room for everyone to hang out and for everyone to be able to escape when needed. The house was extremely clean and everything was in great working order. We never had to contact staff but we received our access code on time and had a call the first evening from staff to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be booking again for our next trip.

    Spacious home. Fit my family of 14 perfectly. Enough beds and bathrooms so that you won’t feel cramped and on top of each other. The golf cart was perfect for trips to the beach or taking a nice ride down scenic. I would recommend this home for a nice getaway experience.

    We are a family of 11 and this house was perfect for all of us. Super clean! Beds galore, tons of space and a pool! Kitchen was well supplied, although I would suggest adding a 3-5 quart pot for cooking. There are only sauce pans and a huge gumbo pot. We needed something in between but made do. The house is perfectly situated to walk to the beach or have someone run a shuttle with the provided golf cart to get all your stuff down to the beach for the day. The pool is perfect after a long day at the beach. Also, we had an issue with the door alarm chirping every 30 min when we got there. The management company was very responsive and sent someone out asap. Turned out to be bad batteries and we really appreciate the repairman changing them out instead of not doing anything. Overall great experience and would definitely rent this house again!

    Excellent, clean, convenient, private, spacious! Kids loved it. My Haven personnel were always attentive and immediately responded to any questions. Minor issue was the downstairs bedroom was a little warm. Floor fan helped some but could be better with an individual air conditioner for the room. Other than that it was outstanding.

    Stayed 12/23/23 - 12/30/23. My extended family decided to gather for Christmas 2023 in Miramar Beach and we had a wonderful experience. The house was clean. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. And, all of the amenities were as listed. We found the golf cart was a nice benefit for quick trips to the beach and local stores. We had to contact management twice regarding some minor issues and they were very responsive to our needs.
    The location of this home is perfect. This was our first visit to the Emerald Coast and we did not know ahead of time that there are many private community beaches throughout the area. By our luck, we discovered this home is located in an area with no high-rises and it's less than 2 blocks from a roughly 400-yard stretch of beach that allows public access.
    We will definitely consider coming back to this area, this rental company and this home should we return to the Florida Panhandle again.
    Restaurants: Pompano Joe's is very good and a 5 minute walk from the unit. We also highly recommend Pascalli Kitchen - this family run take-out has great breakfast biscuits (biscuits & gravy was awesome), warm cinnamon rolls, sandwiches, pizza and more... you can't go wrong here. Dinner at Shunk Gulley over in Santa Rosa Beach was excellent too - their Fall Grouper featured entree was fantastic!

    We loved this house. Clean, roomy, steps to the beach and a fun golf cart to drive to the restaurants. We really appreciated the boxes of amenities My Vacation Haven provided in each bathroom, kitchen and laundry areas. There was plenty of room for our four families, and the kids loved all the bunk beds. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. Would definitely stay here again.

    We took our immediate family here & it was the best ever!! There was a room for everyone & extra bunk beds for the kids to play on & have free rein. My Mimi was comfortable & had her own balcony to relax on. There is a private pool area & shower to get all the sand off after visiting the beach. The golf cart made everything accessible & easy for our family. We will definitely be back!

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We had a group of 17, everyone had plenty of space. The location was perfect, a super quick walk to the beach. The golf cart was nice but it was so close to the beach we just walked most days. The pool is small but it was absolutely perfect for cooling off in the shade after a long day at the beach, it was one of my favorite parts of the trip. However...be advised in order to get to the pool you have to walk through a bedroom. Not a huge deal or deal breaker or anything just thought it was worth mentioning. We did finally find a side gate so you could enter from the side but the path isn’t paved so just make sure you have shoes on. The house was super clean and well stocked! Plenty of balconies and an outdoor seating area for eating. Honestly just a great rental. Highly recommend!
