Experience Your Vacation Haven

Champagne and Roses is a bright, bubbly two-story Destin beach cottage rental in Destin’s highly coveted Crystal Beach community. This safe community in the heart of Destin is perfect for families, and this home in particular has lots of space for kids and friends of all ages to spread out. This upscale home’s new furnishings will make your beach vacation getaway experience all the rosier!

The home is well-appointed with wood-style flooring, natural stone countertops, and mahogany furniture pieces. Ornate accents add to the home’s opulence without detracting from it’s creature comforts. The main living area has plenty of space for lounging and entertaining. The full kitchen has a 6-seater granite counter bar, and the dining table seats 8 guests. Just outside on the covered patio, you’ll find a gas grill…great for a family BBQ and a day outdoors as the kids play on the lawn.

The first floor also has a master bedroom with king bed, TV, and spacious master bath with a double vanity, 5’ tiled shower, and spacious walk-in closet.

The 2nd floor has a fun surprise—an additional living space with a sofa sleeper and LED TV. The living space opens to the elegant, covered balcony where there’s plenty of seating and a charming bird’s eye view of the Crystal Beach community.

Two of the other bedrooms on the 2nd floor are king master suites. One has a private en suite and the other shares the full bathroom with the other guest bedroom. The final guest room has 2 full-over-full bunks and an LED TV. There’s plenty of space in this incredible beach cottage.

Of course, you’ll probably want to spend your time in the sun (who could blame you?). Destin’s sugar white sand beaches are a couple of blocks or a short (seasonally-available) tram ride away. Even closer is the posh Crystal Beach community pool, a stunning lagoon-style pool complete with hot tub, waterfall, and tiki lounge area.

The Villages of Crystal Beach is one of Destin’s premier gated vacation communities! This luxurious community has a free trolley service during peak tourism season, taking you straight to your Emerald Coast beachfront access! The community has one of the nicest private pools in Destin as well. There’s also a grilling area, and a lounge area for guests.

    The rental was very clean and there was enough space for 11 people to sleep comfortably. I appreciated the tent and beach chairs that came with the property. This came in very handy at the beach. The beds were very comfortable. I think that the couches in the living room should be changed. They were old and sank down when you sat on them. I also didn’t like the fact that I had to empty the bathroom trash cans before we left. I’ve never had to that in a vacation rental. Overall it was a really wonderful rental. I would rent it again.

    We were a total of 10 people and this house had plenty of room without everybody being in everybody’s way! The water pressure was great, there was no lack of hot water when showering, beds were comfortable, the space was amazing.

    The vacation rental was beautiful and very well taken care of. They definitely do need new pots and pans and a coffee maker but overall it was a wonderful stay.

    We are snowbirds (January & February) and have stayed at this property several times over the last 3 years. It's a great location, close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. We can walk to many of the stores and restaurants which makes it an ideal place to be for 2 months. Property is well equipped with everything you need to live for an extended vacation.

    What a perfect weekend with family and friends. This is the perfect place for fun and relaxation. The house is perfect for any family size, large or small. Much time and thought in comfort and pleasure. Beds reminded us of home. We definitely will come again as long as we can repeat our rental.

    The layout of the house was perfect for our extended family vacation (2 families of 4 and 2 grandparents). We loved having access to the pool and the shuttle to the beach was VERY convenient. (Beach is definitely walkable, but shuttle was great for grandparents, younger kids and honestly anyone trying to lug a bunch of stuff to the beach!). The keurig wasn’t working, but other than that it was exactly as pictured. Great stay!!

    Our stay here included three couples and three kids. We all had plenty of space and we were very comfortable. It’s a beautiful place with comfy beds and a great kitchen! The location is great! It’s a short drive to many places we like to go. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!
