Located off Highway 30A is Crab Cottage, a pristine luxury beach rental dream. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and space to sleep 12, there’s nothing you won’t love about this beach cottage. Prepare to fall in love.

The home’s location is attractive enough being mere steps from the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast, but bonus features like the 6-seater golf cart and complimentary beach cruisers make it even more attractive. You’ll love spending time outdoors at Crab Cottage. Whether its wiling away the afternoon on the front porch swing or laughing over drinks or lounging in the hammock on the covered back patio while the grill roars, Crab Cottage offers the ultimate in beachy R&R.

Inside the home, the cool coastal theme is pitch perfect. Soft beechwood colored furnishings and ivory and seafoam accents create an ambiance you’ll want to sink into. The first floor is the main gathering area with a large living space and a well appointed high end kitchen with designer backsplash. The dining table has seating for six, and there’s an additional space for four at the counter bar. The first floor is rounded out with a mud room and a guest with a king bed.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; the master suite has a private en suite bath. The bunk room has ample sleeping space and is perfect for the kids. All three of the rooms have balcony access. It’s luxury and relaxation at its best!

This BEAUTIFUL house was the perfect getaway for my family. The house was comfortable, very clean, and extremely well stocked of kitchen items as well as beach items. The house is directly across from the neighborhood pool, which is gated and locked via keypad, which was perfect since we have young kids. Everything was amazing about Crab Cottage; I can’t say enough about it!

Wonderful vacation location

Had a great week at Crab Cottage. House was comfortable and had plenty of room for the seven of us. Kitchen was well equipped and was enjoyable for us to cook in a few nights. Location next to the pool was nice and pool was never crowded while we were there. A problem with the homes air conditioner was fixed as soon as possible. Portable AC units were provided to keep us cool until unit could be fixed. Beach was just a quick golf cart ride away and the home provided useful amenities for beach time…. Our kids (all in their 20s) enjoyed the bikes that came with the home. The Big Chill was a close walk and the food choices there were good. We enjoyed walking around to the different shops there. This was overall a great place to stay and we would definitely go back.

Beautiful home, perfectly situated off 30A with easy access to Watersound Pkwy. The normal Spring Break congestion will not be found here. Home has plentiful outdoor spaces, natural lighting and showers you will not want to get out of. Lots of amenities, wonderful pool and a lot of fun for kids and adults at The Big Chill. Deer Lake State Park beach access is close with nice parking and bathroom facilities. Arrive early. This is a very nice stretch of beach. We had a great time with four children and would highly recommend this home.

This was our first time to this area and we Loved our stay!! The house was very clean, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels. The Golf cart and bikes were great for getting around. Beach toys, chairs and wagon were nice so we didn't have to pack. A Very kid/family friendly home and neighborhood. We enjoyed activities at The Big Chill. Go to Deer Lake state park to watch a beautiful sunset, Florida Fish House for a delicious meal and atmosphere, Blue Mountain Cafe for breakfast.

We had a great stay in the Crab House and would definitely rent here again. The location was perfect with a pool right out front and having the Chill an easy golf cart ride away.

Professionally decorated with all the amenities. Golf cart and cruisers are a wonderful touch. Lots of extras throughout the house, including 5 tvs for our down time. Love the 2 porches! Will definitely come back!

This vacation rental was fabulous and a perfect layout for our family of 8 beach vacation! The house was very clean with all the amenities, including a 6 passenger golf cart, bikes, a crib and highchair that was ideal for my 1 year old granddaughter! The perfect location with the pool right across the street, and walking distance to many shops, food and entertainment! Our week together flew by, but we made some wonderful memories that we will all cherish for a lifetime! I highly recommend the Crab Cottage for your next vacation!

What a wonderful vacation. The house was awesome, the golf cart and bikes were perfect. The location of the house is right across the street from the pool and also a 5 minute walk to the BIG CHILL.

Absolutely loved the Crab Cottage. Perfect amenities, beautifully decorated and nice floor plan. No little ones with us, but there are plenty of baby items for age 2 and under. Didn’t find a beach umbrella there to use, so we purchased one. Other than that, it was awesome!! Thank you so much for the hospitality, we made great memories.

Cons: We had problems with the fridge door closing, but hopefully they fixed that by now. It still was functionable though. We could not use the bikes because the lock codes were not provided and the property management company did not have them on hand. Location was good, but beach access was a little inconvenient. Not enough dish soap or paper towels provided.

Pros: AC/water pressure was great. Baby items were provided including: crib, high chair, gate for the steps. Plenty of beach chairs (4+), umbrellas, toys, etc. provided for the whole family. Golf cart was great to have. It is electric but holds a pretty good charge for the most part. Four bikes were included, but we could not use them as previously stated. There is an outdoor shower which is a plus.
