Slide into something wonderful at Fairways 259! This two story bayside townhome rental, located at the exclusive SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®, has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sleeps 8 guests. Surrounded by lush, grassy landscaping and shady pines, Fairways 259 offers peace and privacy.

Imagine starting each morning of your getaway on a private back deck overlooking the golf greens and the bay and lake. After an afternoon nap in the hammock, light the grill and celebrate life with family and friends with a BBQ.

The home’s inside spaces are equally inviting and ideal for socializing and relaxing, including a flat screen TV and DVD player. The picture windows that lead from the deck into the main living space invite plenty of light into the room. Vaulted ceilings and a mirrored wall give the space a majestic, open ambiance.

When it’s time to dine, you’ll find six seats at the dining table and three seats at the counter bar. The full kitchen is well appointed with warm grey cabinetry- it’s a great space for preparing meals. The updated stackable laundry unit is hidden in a closet in the kitchen area.

There’s also a guest bedroom and a full bathroom downstairs. The bedroom has two twin beds. The plush sofa also pulls into a sleeper bed allowing for everyone to spread out.

Upstairs, you’ll find the master bedroom with a lovely king bed and en suite master bathroom. The bathroom has a granite double vanity and privacy tub and shower. The final guest room has a queen bed and full bathroom.

You’ll derive just as much pleasure from the outdoor accommodations. You’re minutes from Baytowne Wharf, the bay, and the beach when you stay at Fairways 259.

    We chose this rental in the fairways to be near my parent’s place. We could not beat the location as far as that proximity goes. The deck was a great place to lounge and watch the golfers on the green. The unit was clean for the most part. One of the twin bed comforters looks like it could use some extra attention during laundering (it looked like it may have been vomited on at some point). We unfortunately did not notice this until after we slept in the bed the first night. The kitchen was very nice and included a full sized washer and dryer which we definitely took advantage of while there. The beach equipment was nice to have available although we only took advantage of the umbrella. The light situation in the master was a bit odd since it seemed like the overhead lamp was stuck in the “on” position and the bedside lamps could not be used independently. Overall, a great place for our small family to stay. The fairways is a great area and was quiet and peaceful while we stayed. The SOA pools were clean and refreshing.

    It was a nice home clean and furnished well. I loved the mirror in dining area and enjoyed the master bedroom. Everyone had enough space. It would have been nice to use the golf cart, but overall it was a blessed time.

    Loved this sweet little cottage! It was just enough room for our family vacation. We loved the location and how quite it was. We also really enjoyed watching the golfers on the course. House was extremely clean and well put together!

    This home was wonderful! Initially, I was a little bummed because my original home was pulled from the rental program 2 weeks before my trip. Luckily, Vacation Haven worked quickly to find me a new place to stay. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is right on the golf course. You also have a beautiful view of the bay from the patio. The master bedroom and queen guest bedroom are located upstairs, which I thought was a bit odd. What I would consider the kid bedroom is on the first floor. The second floor can be toasty, but the AC works well and is able to cool the 2nd floor bedrooms down. This home is close to the tram which will take you anywhere in the neighborhood and to the beach. The home feels welcoming and has plenty of room for a moderate-sized family. I would definitely stay in this home/neighborhood again!

    This was our first time renting a house on a beach vacation. The house was clean and comfortable for all the family members. We enjoyed the board games for the kids. The oven needs some minor repairs but worked for some pizzas. The location was nice and close to the beach. Definitely coming back

    The house was nice, clean and comfortable. The twin beds were not as comfortable as other bedroom but did work out. Great to have 3 bathrooms. We have rented several homes previous and would be nice if they provided some kitchen items - salt, pepper, sugar, etc. Also there are many activities within the resort that are not mentioned so you have to figure that out on your own. They should also provide a resort card so you can benefit from the free things of staying on resort such as free 4 hour bike rental (this is mentioned in book but you don't have a card to get the free rental). There is so much to do in baytown, marina area. Also it would really add value if you had a golf cart included with home rental. Overall we did have great time we just had to do a lot of research on own to find out more about the resort.

    Thanks to Vacation Haven we had a great stay. While we needed to stay an extra night they found a place to accommodate 10 people. We will defiantly use them again. This is our 3rd trip to Destin.

    The booking process was a breeze and when I had to change my dates, the staff was so helpful. The home was perfect for my birthday visit with 6 girls spaced throughout the house. The beds were in top shape and the view from the deck at dusk was breath taking. The community was totally an awesome surprise with tons of amenities. I will return!!! O someone from the staff called to make sure things were running smoothly. I informed her that the wifi was not working and like 30 minutes later a guy came to fix it. This is definitely that way to vacation.
