Welcome to "Escape on the Green", nestled within the Fairways community. This luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom bayside home is a two story vacation dream recently renovated with your comfort in mind.

As you walk into the home, you’ll be greeted by high end fixtures, windows all around for natural lighting, and hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen is newly renovated with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and white cabinetry with modern pulls. Cook up a great meal and enjoy each other’s company at the 6-person dining table. With added seating at the breakfast bar and an additional bistro table under the stairs, your group will make lasting memories on this Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort® vacation.

Next to the dining area is the living room: a beautifully decorated space offering a sectional couch, comfy chairs, smart TV, and fireplace. Stream your favorite shows and utilize this space for movie nights. With glass sliders leading out to your private deck, everyone will find the perfect spot to rest and relax. Grill up a stellar meal, watch the sun set over the golf course, and gather with loved ones in this cozy outdoor space.

This Gulf treasure was designed with everyone’s needs in mind sleeping 8 comfortably. Downstairs, you’ll find a guestroom with king bed and en suite bath. Take the floating stairs up to the second level and find the master and a second guestroom, both featuring private baths. We have stayed here on numerous occasions and will continue to choose it as one of our destination spots for vacation well into the future. Serene setting on a golf course with easy access to pools, the beach, dining, and shopping via golf cart. Beautifully appointed rooms with plenty of space for everyone in our family of six. Comfy beds, updated bathrooms, and lots of room to entertain and enjoy family time together. Love this place!!!

If you are searching for a beautiful townhome in a quiet area of Sandestin, with a great deck to have cocktails w friends —- this is it ! We were so pleased that each bedroom had lots of space and the kitchen was up to date w new appliances . We especially enjoyed the large den at the end of day . It was large enough to handle any large group that is staying at the townhome to enjoy the large screen TV or play games . Thanks to the owners for making our stay a wonderful experience.

Our family had been looking forward to this vacation and it did not disappoint. The condo was beautiful and accessible to everything. We loved being able to take the golf cart to the pool, beach, shopping and out to dinner. We felt so at home that we spent a couple of nights in with a homemade dinner and a movie. We will definitely be rebooking!

One golf cart did go out us on day 5 due to driving through an unavoidable sprinkler puddle but they tried their best to fix it. We just made due with the 4 seater the last 2 days...

Our group had a fantastic time at 260 Fairways. The home was very clean and spacious. Everything we needed was in the home. The golf carts were a great addition. We loved being able to park our car and not have to touch it for the entire week. We took advantage of the game area under the stairs and even grilled out one evening. This home was very comfortable. We can't thank you enough for opening up your home to us. We'll look for availability of your home on our next Sandestin vacation.

Clean, comfortable, convenience, everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We had two issues pop up while we were there. The AC wasn’t working when we arrived and the dishwasher wasn’t working. MVH responded to both issues and got them resolved quickly with minimal impact to our vacation time. Much appreciated!

Beautiful townhome with great back patio which seemed to be almost always in the shade! We enjoyed sitting and watching golfers on the 7th green of 'The Links' course, and being able to see the Bay in the distance. The kids (and parents) enjoyed having the golf carts to motor around Sandestin...much faster than trying to drive to the beach, etc. We will certainly consider this unit the next time we travel.

Beautiful Townhome. Very well supplied. Master shower was amazing. A couple of problems (faulty golf cart battery & broken washer, were dealt with very quickly by mgmt kudos to them). Unit is extremely clean, and kitchen is very well supplied with good quality knives, cookware, etc (which often is not the case in rentals)

Such a lovely place to spend our vacation! The house was clean, comfortable, and a wonderful place to spend a few days. The beds and baths were luxurious, the furniture stylish and comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped. (The manual can opener didn't work very well and could be replaced, but this is a nit!)We thoroughly enjoyed drives to the beach in the golf carts, and swimming in the truly emerald green water was a delight. The bicycles were a nice addition, and we enjoyed a ride around the area. Hope we can come back some time.

Everything is perfect about this vacation rental - clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked with everything you need , comfortable beds, three full baths, cushy sectional couch, amazing golf course view, large deck with table for dining, and two golf carts you can drive to the beach, pool, shopping, restaurants, and the grocery store. Best vacation condo we have ever rented - highly recommend!

Beautiful property sparkling clean , stylish decor with plenty of room for the entire family. Great place to golf, enjoy the ocean, bike, and walking trails abound. Had a wonderful time watching the sunset on the beach and dinner at The Beach House. Shopping, eating, and music are a short golf cart ride away. You never have to get in the car and drive- so much to do and enjoy on the property. Kitchen is also very well stocked if you want to stay in and cook fresh seafood and hang on the deck. View from the deck of the golf course and bay is stunning.

This was the vacation that our family of 4 needed! The house was all that we expected and in a great location, tucked between the bay and Gulf of Mexico and right on the 7th green of the Linkside golf course. The two golf carts were very convenient and a hit with our two kids. We used them to get pretty much everywhere, including the beach and grocery store. We are looking forward to coming back again!

Beautifully decorated home that provides comfort, convenience, and an ideal location on a gorgeous golf course. Stand on the deck and look to your right to catch the sun rising and setting over the bay. Enjoy grilling out and eating together on the large deck with plenty of seating for a sit down meal. Plus, dining, shopping, and a day at the beach is only a short golf cart ride away and they have two of them to accommodate larger groups. Well stocked kitchen, too! We enjoyed our wonderful stay in this unit. The home was decorated and remodeled to perfection. It sat on a green that allowed us to be a spectator from the deck that had plenty of seating and grilling options. The sleeping arrangements fit our family needs as we have a party of 7. Our children had adequate sleeping space with freshly cleaned linens and comfortable beds. We enjoyed having access to the golf cart that would transport us back and forth to the beach or a cruise in the community. The unit had several items to use such as boogie boards, chairs and bikes as well for the beach. In the evening during sunset, we were a short walk away from viewing the sunset on the bayside. There are plenty of fishing coves throughout the property that we enjoyed fishing in. Our family felt very safe and relaxed during our time as the location of the unit has lesser traffic than being up front of SanDestin Bayside. The kitchen has up to date appliances and is well stocked with items for cooking. There is easy access to multiple restaurants and stores if needed without getting on the highway. We ate at Louis Louis and Boschamps our two favorites. We highly recommend this unit as it gives you essentially everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach, a night out or just staying in and cooking a meal. The owners have done a tremendous job updating and ensuring your stay is nothing but the best. We will be back in the near future for another stay in a little piece of heaven in Sandestin...

The rental was very nice and very clean. I felt like I was at home while staying at this location. The golf cart was amazing, we never had to drive anywhere. The resort had everything in close proximity that you could use the golf cart. We loved it.
