In the main living area, you’ll find a gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, wine fridge, and large breakfast bar for added seating. With the dining area table, you can host up to 11 guests comfortably, making this the perfect rental for large families and friend groups looking to enjoy everything under the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort® sun. In this open concept space, you’ll also find the living room with flat screen TV, working fireplace, and separate sunroom with picturesque views of the bay.

When it comes to sleeping, this bayside gem offers 3 bedrooms with hardwood floors spanning over 2 floors of space. On the first floor, you’ll find a master bedroom featuring king bed, flat screen TV, oversized window with views of the bay, and en suite bath with double vanity sinks and tiled walk-in shower. You’ll also find a guest bedroom with queen bed and flat screen TV. The second floor houses another master bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV, the same great views, and another spacious en suite bath. Sleeping up to 6 comfortably with a third full bath in the first floor hall, everyone will have the space they need to rest and relax.

While this rental is a dream, there is so much more to see! This unit comes with a 6 seat golf cart for your use, which is newer & updated as of June 2023. Heron Walk is located in an ideal spot to ride the golf cart to the private resort beach access, enjoy the food and fun at the Village of Baytowne Wharf, and play 9+ holes of golf everyday of your stay.

    What a wonderful condo! Very clean and beautifully decorated. Large space provided plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed for cooking. The bathrooms were very clean as well with plenty of bath linens. Oh my goodness the beds!!! So comfortable!! The beach chairs and umbrella in condo are in good shape. The golf cart definitely made getting around the property very easy. My Vacation Haven staff were very helpful with any questions. I would recommend this condo! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

    My stay overall was great; the location was awesome near everything we needed, the house was clean,everything we needed besides food was there and My Haven team is the best from booking my stay to the finish vacation.The only suggestions I have are for the home owner beachand pool towels, adding a board for the beach and painting the golf cart because it was a stand compared to the others we saw. For future guest if you don't like stairs this house is not for you.Again overall stay was great will stay again.

    My Vacation Haven had great customer service from start to finish. They also responds back quickly; to questions or concerns. Condo was very nice however if stairs are a problem ; this condo isn't for you. Everything we needed was provided however doesn't have beach/pool towels and beach boards. We will definitely use My Vacation Haven again.

    We had a wonderful time. The condo offered all we needed. The location was perfect for the pool, beach and activities. We loved having the golf cart available.

    We had a very enjoyable few days at Heron Walk. The spacious property offered all that was needed. The cart was a major plus in order to get around to pools, beach, shopping and restaurants. We can’t wait to return.

    This was a great stay for our family. It was very clean and had all the items that we needed. It was great to have the golf cart. Everything was very convenient, and close by, including the pool, grocery store, shopping, beach and restaurants, all close enough to use the golf cart.

    My family enjoyed our stay. The home was clean. Dealing with the booking agent was very easy. They were easy to contact and responded quickly whenever I had a question. My only suggestion would be to ensure the cable is working. I spent quite sometime on the phone with Cox trying to have them troubleshoot why none of the tvs were working. It did eventually get fixed in at least 2 rms. Another recommendation would be to put a heavy duty mat at the front door so that when it is wet plus sand and dirt will not be tracked in so much. Those are just recommendations but, overall we plan on returning to this location as we really enjoyed it.

    We had a great time in Sandestin! The resort had so much to do- we spent the days on the beach or at the pool and each night in the Village of Baytowne Wharf. The kids loved the adventure zone and we loved having the restaurants and shops all nearby.
