Centrally located on a quiet street, this bayside gem is the perfect spot for large groups looking to enjoy all that the Gulf has to offer. With a personal 6-seat golf cart and private community pool, you’ll have everything you need for a stellar trip!

Unit 8971 is a two story townhome decorated in light colors, shiplap walls, and features vaulted ceilings. The main living space is located on the first floor (requires stair access) and features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stone countertop, white cabinetry, and a breakfast bar for added seating. From here, make your way into the dining area with rustic 6-person table, great for family meals and entertaining guests. Leading from this space is the living area featuring comfy seating, flat screen TV, and fireplace. Spend your nights here relaxing in style or head out to the sunroom by day to enjoy the warm weather. You’re sure to catch some great views of wildlife in the bay!

When it comes to sleeping arrangements, home can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably. On the first floor, you’ll find both guest rooms, each featuring private baths for maximum comfort. Upstairs, you’ll find the master suite with king bed, double vanity, tub/shower combo, and lots of closet space.

    We loved the location of this unit. We were close to the entrance and walking distance to the pool. Our family loved the 6 seater golf cart and that we were just a quick ride away from Baytown, numerous restaurants, Publix's and the beach. The decor was just as pictured and made for a very comfortable stay.

    We had a great stay at this location! Conveniently close to the entrance and shopping using the 6 seater golf cart. Unit was super clean and beds were great to sleep on… two big things for us! Also loved the bay view. Would stay again!

    Lovely place for short or long vacation, clean, roomy, quiet community love the golf car, restaurant and night life was awesome my family and I had a fantastic time we will definitely come back, don’t want to forget mention the staff was super attentive to all of my need.

    PROS: great location, golf cart was perfect for getting to all places (grocery, dining, beach, Baytowne wharf), condo super clean and well decorated, pullout couch is not the main couch, so that’s nice. Peaceful view of bay. Baytowne wharf was a fun place for our family, especially live music and fireworks. The piano player and singer was fantastic at Rum Runners. The neighborhoods felt safe. Drive to beach on golf cart is about 5-7 min away. The grounds and golf courses are beautiful and quaint.

    CONS: Beach was super crowded, and there was only a small section of public beach. Most touristy restaurants and attractions are 15-20 down the road if that’s what u are looking for. Condo has a full flight of stairs at entrance...so if that’s a problem for you, make note. No spices in kitchen. Pool is not super close.

    Overall, we would stay in the area again and choose this condo if available! :)

The golf cart was a must for us and seemed brand new. My Vacation Haven is the only choice for us while visiting Sandestin.

    We had a great stay! The condo was nice, clean, comfortable and a great location. The golf cart was a added benefit. It was great to be able to take it to the beach and the stores and not have to get sand in the car. We really enjoyed our stay.

    Heron Walk 2021

    We stayed at Heron Walk to kick off our summer vacation- the unit was clean and in a great location. The resort felt private and quiet, and we loved taking the golf around to explore. We were delighted to find a playground for our young kids in the middle of the Village, right by all the restaurant and shops. We also took the golf cart down to the beach, which made transporting the provided chairs and toys very easy.
