Located on Choctawhatchee Bay, this 2 bed, 2 bath single story ground floor entry condo boasts expansive views of Jolee Island Nature Preserve’s salt marshes and the beautiful Baytowne Marina. It truly makes for a relaxing escape! Meanwhile, you still have all of the amenities of the Sandestin resort community at your fingertips while cruising in your 4 seat golf cart.

The condo itself is decorated wish chic, coastal distressed wooden furnishings. The open concept floor plan livens the main living space. A sectional couch, screened porch access, dining table for four, and three-seat breakfast bar make the area perfect for entertaining.

The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, and a spacious polished stone countertop that is perfect for whipping up meals, snacks, and drinks. You’ll certainly want something to sip on as you watch picturesque sunrises and sunsets on your intimate screened porch.

Meanwhile, the other guest room has a queen bed with a twin trundle, a flat screen TV, and a full bathroom. The additional laundry closet off the mudroom guarantees that you have all of the accommodations you’ll need to feel right at home.

Of course, you’ll surely spend most of your vacation days lounging at the community pool or on the private resort beach. For entertainment, head over to the Village of Baytowne Wharf on your 4 seat golf cart for shopping, dining, and activities.     This condo is absolutely nice. The master bedroom bed honestly felt like a huge marshmallow I told my husband. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on!! The golf cart was a nice added touch. Thank you again Mike for letting us stay. We will be back next year!

    We had a wonderful time. And the best Baby Moon I could have ever asked for. So thankful my husband made this possible for us. Also thank you to my friend (the owner of the condo) for allowing us to come and stay. We plan on being back next year. With our Sweet girl Evie ♥️

    The condo was in a perfect location spotless well decorated and loved having a golf cart. You will not be disappointed with this rental. I felt it was very large for a 2 bedroom. Will stay here again for sure!

    We loved every minute of our stay at 8984 Heron Walk! It was a beautiful home and perfect location, very convient to the beach and shops around. The only problem we ran into was that the included golf cart was having issues with its battery, and it was very frustrating and inconvenient at times, especially since we paid for it with our stay. Other than that it was great :)

    Enjoyed our stay at Heron Walk. We have been coming to Sandestin for 20 years and this is the first time we have stayed at Heron Walk. Everything was as advertised and we enjoyed our visit. The golf cart was great.

    We had a wonderful time staying at this adorable condo! The views were amazing, the beds were super comfortable and the condo was very clean! We loved the option of the golf cart and toured around to lots of shopping and restaurants that were very close by. Would recommend to friends!
