GOLF CART INCLUDED! This beautifully renovated beach vacation home is ready for your next trip. The open floor plan and two story soaring ceiling height allows for a lot of natural light and views of the lake, golf course and Bay.

The home features a large double entry area, and coastal modern luxury greeting you as soon as you enter Linkside Lookout. The kitchen, dining, and living areas provide an open concept style so you can enjoy creating memories on your next vacation. With sliding doors leading out to the oversized deck overlooking the water and golf course, you will never want to leave. There is also a courtyard seating area outside the sliding doors from the kitchen so you can bask in the wonderful Florida outdoors anytime.

The home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor and one bedroom and bathroom upstairs. There is also a desk workspace on the 2nd floor in the loft area for convenience. The master suite is located on the 2nd floor with a private balcony overlooking the water and golf course with lounge chairs for relaxation.

Hop on the provided 6 seat golf cart and cruise over to the private resort beach access, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, or any of the numerous golf courses, tennis courts, and other activities throughout SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 month stay. It was truly a home away from home. We loved the view over the lake and enjoyed watching all the wildlife.The home was very comfortable and we were able to welcome some friends and family. We look forward to returning next year.

    This is a cute and clean house in a nice community. The golf cart was great and a must have that we used daily to go to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants at the Wharf. The outdoor area was comfy and great for coffee in the mornings and watching the turtles. We did have an issue with the air conditioning but we were made aware of the issue in advance. The owners did their best to get it working. We were given individual AC units and fans as they worked on correcting the issue. We did appreciate their prompt responses as we kept them updated with the issue. Overall all we had a great stay with 2 adults and 4 teenagers (16, 17, 18, 19). My only suggestion would be to get another large skillet and large pot in the home. We cooked several meals for the young men and they ate a lot!

    This home is truly a home away from home. The decor is absolutely beautiful, and the view through all of the sliding glass doors is stunning! The home has everything that you need to be comfortable during your stay! The 6 seater golf cart made getting around a breeze.
