As you walk into this space, you’ll be greeted by Florida rays from the floor-to-ceiling windows that open to Miramar Beach. The open-concept floor plan offers a full kitchen with breakfast bar, a 6-person dining area, and a living space with flat screen TV. Just steps away from the beach is your Destin vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed WiFi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with full-size kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans. The majority of the condos in the Luau towers provide panoramic views ranging from the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico to the Tops’l Preserve.     The view of the beautiful Gulf was so pretty from this 10th floor condo! It was quiet because this condo was on the end of this building... that was nice. Destin is an upscale, lovely beach resort!! Even though the master bedroom was small, the king bed was so comfy and the condo was clean. The management company, Vacation Haven, was very organized, very helpful and responsive! We will definitely rent from this resort again!!

    It was a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable! The only issue we had was a broken coffee maker, and after telling the management team, we had anew one in a few hours!! Wonderful customer service! Loved how easy it was to get to the beach! All around wonderful place to stay!
