About the Community of Luau
Just steps away from the beach is your Destin vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed WiFi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with full-size kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans. The majority of the condos in the Luau towers provide panoramic views ranging from the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico to the Tops’l Preserve. Amenities such as golf, tennis, biking, boating, water sports & more are available locally at additional costs.

    Door codes and info was provided so getting in the room was easy on arrival day. We had stayed at Luau before but this was the first time with MVH. A representative called on the morning of our second day and was very helpful and informative, making sure we had everything we needed. We love the views and actually had pictures posted by James Spann (our local Meteorologist) of the sunset we were able to get pictures of. Will definitely use them again next time we are blessed to make it back to Destin.

    Love the view from the living, dining and bedroom. Very clean and got all we needed. Staff was so quick to respond when we asked them for another beach chair. Definitely would use my vacation haven on our next trip.

    Beautiful condo with amazing views of the gulf and surrounding areas. Rooms were clean and supplied basic bath and kitchen essentials, no seasonings or coffee filters in house but both were a simple overlook on us. Nice area to stay, with covered parking and felt safe. Near restaurants, golf, the beaches, bars, food and shopping!

    The property was amazing! Super clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. The location was close to the beach and restaurants.     This is our 5th year in a row to stay at the Luau and this room/unit is by far the best room we’ve had! We really enjoyed the views from the balcony! The space is very clean and updated and the bed was very comfortable! We always have loved the short walk to the beach and the relaxing pool! Great place to stay and would definitely recommend this unit to anyone! Thank you for the great stay!

    Better than anticipated! Can hear the ocean waves from the screen door, convenient parking garage with elevator, hand carts, room was better than the photos, excellent service, no problems whatsoever. Beach was a bit crowded, would suggest one of the public beaches if you want more space, however enjoyed our time at the beach regardless. Would definitely stay again.

    Wonderful Corner Unit with spacious wrap around 11th floor balcony. Impeccably clean and wonderfully updated look, floors and furnishings all tastefully appointed with a beach/nautical look. We have stayed in Luau 1 before, we like this building and made note of this particular unit for future stays. I would recommend it to anyone, truly wonderful and looking forward to our next trip already. (a few nitpicks that I am sure maintenance can address = The sliding glass door to the balcony is extremely difficult to open and close. Bath tub drains slow)

    Great views of gulf and bay and pool area from living room/dining room/bedroom/wrap-around deck. Tastefully appointed, a pleasing choice of decorations and furniture. One of the most comfortable places we have stayed. Very conveniently near the elevator. Highly recommended and we will return.
