The kitchen is equipped with new stainless-steel appliances, breakfast bar seating, and custom pantry space featuring a wine fridge and coffee bar. Grab that morning coffee in style and a seat at the dining table overlooking the beach, golf course, resort, and lake. Spend time here making unforgettable memories or head to the living room for more views of the shoreline and wind down with the Smart TV. Don’t forget the wraparound balcony featuring comfy furnishings and stellar views of the Gulf, Choctawhatchee Bay, golf course, and entire resort.

This condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, sleeping up to 6 comfortably. The master features a king bed, views of the ocean, Smart TV, and private en suite bathroom. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed WiFi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The majority of the condos in the Luau towers provide panoramic views ranging from the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico to the Tops’l Preserve.     We had a great stay. The condo was just as pictured! Great views and tons of amenities. I loved that the place was very clean, and the management company was very helpful. To be able to shoot a text and get an immediate response is super convenient, and I wish more places did that! The property was very clean. I always do my own cleaning when staying at a property, but it really was not needed. I did see a spot or two on the couch that could be steam cleaned, but that's if I had to nitpick. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay. The location is amazing! The beds were soft with clean linens. The kitchen had nice, updated appliances. Management team was awesome. I would recommend this property!

    We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was spacious and clean and the view was very nice. The pool at the Condo was very nice and even though it was busy it didn't seem crowded. It was a short walk to the beach but convenient access. We would stay here again.

    From the twinkling resort lights to the views of ocean and bay, there is a view every part of every day. My Vacation Haven takes excellent care of the rental - it is spotlessly clean, and they are responsive and helpful. The kitchen has everything you could want in a rental. The decor is super cute. We will definitely be back.

    Our beautiful apartment had it all - the best views ( caught the July 4th fireworks), beautiful furniture, great TV’s, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, pool, beach and other activities all at our fingertips! We literally did not want to go home! When I had trouble with guest checking they responded immediately and the issue was solved within 10 mins. I will be using MVH again !
