If your large group needs extra space on your next Gulf adventure, be sure to check out Luau I 7202/7204. These southwest facing connecting suites were renovated from top to bottom and offer the extra space you need, sleeping up to 10 guests right on the shoreline!

The main living space is located in the 2-bedroom suite featuring an open concept floorplan with brand new full kitchen, 6-person dining area, and living area with Smart TV. This custom design also features an open pantry with wine fridge and coffee bar. While the rental is beautifully decorated, don’t forget to take advantage of the private wraparound balcony and floor to ceiling windows throughout to enjoy the views of the sunsets, shoreline, lake, golf course, and resort.

You’ll also find 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with the addition of a sleeper sofa in the living area. Next door in the studio space, you’ll find a king bed and 2nd sleeper sofa. The studio has its own private Juliet balcony, a renovated full bath, and a new kitchenette.

While these newly remodeled suites are a dream, get settled and head downstairs to enjoy the resort pool. This lagoon-style oasis features a grotto waterfall and seasonal tiki bar! Let the kids play in the kiddie pool, head to the hot tub or take the private beach access to the Gulf.

At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed WiFi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The majority of the condos in the Luau towers provide panoramic views ranging from the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico to the Tops’l Preserve.     Perfect stay, newly updated and comfortable. Beautiful views from the wrap around porch. The 3rd BR onsuite was perfect for us and MVH was incredible. 3 minute walk to the beach, putt-putt and dining. Loved it. Will be back and will stay here again.

    Great views! Rooms were updated and beautifully decorated! Resort nice. Beaches very crowded. Did encounter a maintenance issue but My Vacation Haven responded quickly. Pool great! Short walk to the beach wasn’t an issue! Would stay again!

    We had a great vacation- the unit was very clean and we loved having the two separate areas so my parents could have their privacy while we stayed in the larger unit with our kids. Everyone loved the beach!
