Enjoy two condominiums in one with this elegantly appointed accommodation at Luau – the newest vacation spot at Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. Everyone will enjoy gathering in the living and dining areas with a fully equipped kitchen or outdoors on one of the two roomy balconies. This spacious three bedroom condo includes a connected studio suite so family and friends can experience vacation living together but with a bit of privacy. The studio features a king size bed, private bath, sleeper sofa, mini fridge and microwave – perfect when traveling with grandparents, teenagers or other family and friends. Everyone can sleep in comfort at this condo in one of the three king size beds, on the living room sofa sleeper, or on the studio sleeper sofa sleeper.

About the Community of Luau
Just steps away from the beach is your Destin vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed WiFi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with full-size kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans. The majority of the condos in the Luau towers provide panoramic views ranging from the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico to the Tops’l Preserve. Amenities such as golf, tennis, biking, boating, water sports & more are available locally at additional costs.

    Great location and beautiful view of the beach and resort. Love the updated bathrooms, has plenty of cabinet space. Nice plus to have the tram passes so you don't have to drive around.

    From the moment we walked in we were in awe at how beautiful everything was how close it was to the beach the view of the beach from the living room was breathtaking I wish I didn't have to leave it was wonderful the entire trip

    The Luau I vacation rental home was the best. The location was great & we felt safe , the property is very clean , well kept & a great place for families. The walk to the beach was convenient, the beach was beautiful. Overall everything was above my expectations . I will be bringing my family back next summer .

    We visited the San Destin resort for a family vacation. The Luau I rental was clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. The kitchen had many utensils, pots, and pans needed to cook full meals. My only minor complaint is that there were so many bowls, plates, glasses, utensils, etc. that there was no where to store our groceries. The best part of the condo was the fabulous view from the terrace and all windows. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

    The condo was exactly as advertised. The split floor plan was perfect for us! The large balcony was great for breakfast outside and sitting in the rocking chairs watching the surf. The kitchen was well appointed with appliances and cooking items, however it would have been nice to have some staples like salt and pepper and sugar for instance. We did a lot of cooking and had just about everything we needed. We very much appreciated the beach closet with a few chairs and umbrella. I'm sure this saved us quite a bit since we didn't have to rent them. Having the adjacent studio room was perfect! It was so great having three bathrooms! Although we were on the 16th floor, the elevators responded fairly quickly. The walk to the beach was a breeze. The only downside to the vacation was that the riptides prevented us from getting in the water. Luckily the condo had a very nice pool so we were able to enjoy cooling off there after hanging out on the beach. This is my third time staying in Sandestin. It is such a great location and away from a lot of the heavy traffic in Destin. We flew into Panama City Beach airport and it was an easy hour drive. The property management staff was also very responsive to my many questions. I really appreciate that as well! I will also add that about 3 years ago I had to cancel a trip due to a divorce. I never did put a review in at that time but the staff was so understanding and helpful and I very much appreciate that. I will definitely use my vacation haven again and I would love to stay in the same condo too! Thanks for providing a wonderful place for my family's vacation!

    We had a blast from swimming in the pool to hanging out at the beach. Also, walking around Baytown Warf. The condo was absolutely beautiful

    We went for long weekend and got in late around 930pm, super easy process!! The place was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfy. I would use my vacation Haven again no question.

    The location was great. The room view was great and the place was clean. The suggestion I have is, the place is too nice not to have decent furniture. The furniture needs replacing. It looks old and does not appear to be clean. This would be my only complaint.

    4 adults, 4 teenage girls plenty of room. Although not beachfront the view from these units are great
