The condo is a studio style condo with sleeping room for four including 2 queen beds. Guests will enjoy all of the luxuries of home while visiting the beach, such as a kitchenette, shower tub combo, living area with flat screen TV, and small dining area.

Luau is located near the beach but also provides easy access to all the amenities of the resort and the surrounding areas. Shopping, dining and entertainment are at your fingertips while you enjoy relaxing in a beautiful, contemporary and comfortable condo.

Just steps away from the beach is your Miramar Beach vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed Wi-Fi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with full-size kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans. The majority of the condos in the Luau towers provide panoramic views ranging from the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico to the Tops’l Preserve. Amenities such as golf, tennis, biking, boating, water sports & more are available locally at additional costs.

    Well maintained room, very clean. The room had everything we needed for our stay. I wish the directions to the beach had been a little clearer but no complaints. It was a short and very manageable walk. The property felt very safe and was well maintained. The view of the bay was lovely but I’d probably look for one that faces the beach for my next stay.
