The master suite boasts a sitting area, private bathroom and even a kitchenette for coffee or snack. The master and one of the guest bedrooms both have a King Bed while the additional guest bedroom has a queen bed. All bedrooms have flat screen HDTV and DVD player, perfect for a little downtime after a day in the Florida sun.

When you’re ready to relax on the beach, it’s just short walk away. If relaxing on the beach is just too much work, then you can easily change the scenery with a visit to the Luau I’s lagoon-shaped pool and sun deck which overlooks the Gulf.

About the Community of Luau
Just steps away from the beach is your Destin vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed WiFi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with full-size kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans. The majority of the condos in the Luau towers provide panoramic views ranging from the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico to the Tops’l Preserve. Amenities such as golf, tennis, biking, boating, water sports & more are available locally at additional costs.

This was our beach week for a family of 8 with 3 kids and the place did not disappoint! Great views from any room! Super easy access to pool and a very short walk to the beach. We had an amazing time and plan to be back next summer!

This was a beautiful unit that had great views and was very spacious. It’s located in a great spot and a short walk to the beach and easy access to the tram. The only complaint I have is that the middle shower did not get hot water, it was a little cold. Other than that, we had what we needed and enjoyed our stay. We would definitely book again!

We absolutely loved this Condo! The location is perfectly convenient to stores and not to mention the very short walk to the beach. The unit had everything we needed. The best part was the amazing view from all angles and seeing the amazing sunset. You will not be disappointed with this Rental. We look forward to returning in the future.

This condo was amazing. Beautiful views every night off the balcony!! It was perfect. We loved that it was only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. It was also a very short Uber to the Publix grocery store and shopping mall right down the street. Tons of fun things to do very close to this condo.

We’ve been coming to Destin for many years and have staying this unit multiple times. Once again, it did not disappoint. We had two of our daughters and three of our young grandchildren with us and it was the perfect accommodations - comfortable bedroom suites, great patio with ocean view, excellent location, quiet floor, nice kitchen and living room, wonderful pool.
We have already rented it for next year! It blows away the Hilton (accommodations and price) though we often use their pool and beachside restaurant.

This is the second time we've stayed in this unit. The views are beautiful and beds are super comfy! We had a slight issue with the A/C unit one day but called the office and was able to trouble shoot over the phone. They were very helpful!

We reserved this condo for our first trip to the area and were very impressed with the entire experience. There was great communication from the management company regarding check in, directions, and other details related to our stay. The property itself was clean and in great condition just as shown in the photos. We had a couple of questions about the area during our stay and the management company was easy to reach and provided great information to make our vacation more enjoyable.

We had 2 families in this unit and layout was a great setup for that.

Our stay at the Luau was wonderful. We have stayed here in the past but the units 7702/7704 had amazing views and a wide array of kitchen accessories. The units were immaculate and peaceful. The open floor plan with the wrap around balcony made the experience a bright and cheerful one.
