This penthouse level, 3BR/3BA condo is perched at the very top of Luau I, a few hundred yards from the Gulf of Mexico. Each bedroom offers a king size bed and its own full bath equipped with handheld showerheads. The living area is open with gorgeous views and offers a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations. The kitchen is fully equipped and the balcony is where you will spend most of your time, taking in the breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast!

Complete your vacation experience with additional amenities unique to Luau, like a separate Children’s Pool, Fitness Room and an outdoor grill area.

Located beach side, Luau is SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®'s newest accommodation. Each condominium is elegantly appointed with modern furnishings in tropical flair. Just a stroll away from the white sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this retreat is a great spot for a relaxing beach side vacation.

About the Community of Luau
Just steps away from the beach is your Miramar Beach vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed Wi-Fi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with full-size kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans. The majority of the condos in the Luau towers provide panoramic views ranging from the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico to the Tops’l Preserve.     This was a great experience from booking, to entering the condo. We had 4 adults and 4 children and this was plenty of space for us. The resort was great. The condo was immaculate, I can't wait to go back.

    Great Condo with Great Views and Short Walk to Beach

    First of all, booking with My Vacation Haven was easy and painless! Everyone I spoke to was willing to answer my many questions before I booked. I was trying to find a good spot for four adults and four kids, and this property ended up being a perfect set up for us! The condo is exactly as described. Two rooms with king beds and their own bathrooms and an attached studio suite with a king bed and twin pull out and bathroom. The suite area ended up being perfect as a “kid
    zone”. Maybe minor cosmetic things could be done, but, overall, the condo was in great shape. The walk to the beach is very convenient, and we took advantage of the tram service to visit Baytowne Wharf in the resort several nights for dinner. Beautiful and fun place! My only concerns/suggestions may differ than others based on the fact that we flew in and did not drive. Yes, the condo includes your basics but that’s it. I knew we would need to get groceries, but to have to get coffee filters, trash bags, toilet paper, etc.. it would be nice to have a stock of those things. Especially, when everything has to be thrown away. Also, beach towels.... you have to bring your own. The pool does not even supply towels. It would also be beneficial to guests if there was a closet of beach towels. The beach supplies could also be upgraded. There are chairs and a few beach toys, but we could not use one of the chairs, umbrella, and a board because they were broken. Since, we were flying back, we ended up just donating a new umbrella, stack of beach towels, and a rolling cooler to the beach stuff... hope that was ok!! Overall, we had a fantastic trip and very much enjoyed the condo. We will not hesitate to book again!

    My family had a wonderful Christmas and New Year while staying at the Luau 1 penthouse unit. We found the unit to be clean, spacious, and everything is as advertised. All the appliances were in good condition and working order. What impressed me the most is the responsiveness of My Vacation Haven in responding to my questions and requests. Every one of my questions/requests were answered by email or text in a timely manner!

    Perfect stay with wonderful accommodations. Balcony does not face the beach but the views are still wonderful. Kitchen fully equipped! only negative, which is very minor, the sliding glass door is extremely difficult to open. I often struggled to get it open. Everything else was perfect!!

    The unit was gorgeous! Roomy and well decorated. Our only complaint was thatthe owners had purchased a new refridgerator and had it delivered on our check-in date. Water spilled all over kitchen and we had to mop it up. We couldn’t put our perishables in until it cooled off. Then it didn’t fit and took up a large part of the already small kitchen area. I had to notify the rental company. Otherwise, once they get a fridge that fits, it’s a great location and the pool is fabulous!

    We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo on the 19th floor. Tons of windows let in natural light and we could see the beach as well as other lovely parts of the resort. I loved how the master bedroom was on the opposite side of the condo as the other bedroom(s). Great for families with kids. Kitchen had everything we needed. Washer & dryer were convenient but I wish we would have known in advance to buy the HE kind of detergent. We were not able to connect to condo's WIFI, even with provided instructions. Connected to a LUAU address but it was VERY slow and unreliable. My phone kept switching off of WIFI and using data. We also could not figure out how to use any of the TVs in the condo (even with my 20 year old's assistance). I couldn't find any instructions for the TV. No biggie but we would have liked to watch a basketball game during our stay. Short walk to the beach and Luau has an amazing pool! Overall a great experience. Highly recommend!
