Just steps away from the beach is your Miramar Beach vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed Wi-Fi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, one, two, and three bedroom units with fully equipped kitchens (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans. I had a wonderful time. The pool the beach everything was beautiful. The children pool could use a little lighting for nighttime swimming. Shopping was in close vicinity.

This was my family’s first time staying at Luau II. We were welcomed by beach/Polynesian music playing outside of the complex. The complex was very nice and the condo was amazing. It was clean, inviting, and had all the amenities for me, my wife, and my son. Loved that the owners had their own storage for beach toys and chairs. It made our travels that much better and was so convenient. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family and I would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying at the Luau, and it was a great experience! Our condo was just as described and the property and pool are well maintained. It was a short walk to the beach and the beach closet with items to borrow was a huge convivence that we did not have to bring our own chairs, umbrellas, etc.
The ignitors for the community grills did not work during either of our stays, which was an inconvenience since we did not have a lighter. Luckily, other guests were able to help us during this stay. Having the grills is a great commodity, however they need to be better maintained.
Overall, we would stay here again and recommend this property and booking through My Vacation Haven!

We enjoyed our peaceful and quiet stay at this property. It was a quiet, quick walk to the beach and mini golf. We were pleasantly surprised to find out what the property offered such as cleanliness, Baytown Wharf with shopping, dining, and entertainment, and the tram! The property was cleaned with plenty of parking. The only downside was the bed and feeling like we were on an island. There is no one on-site to help with immediate questions.

Spacious unit. Comfortable furniture and bed and well equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer had to be replaced during stay but pleased with management's response. Only complaint is flooring needs replaced. Carpet old and somewhat stained. Would definitely rent this unit again .

The condo was clean, the furnishings were up to date (no dates sea themed furniture or decorations), and the building was quiet so you weren't disturbed by other quests. The pool area was not crowded and was also kept clean. Even though there was a walk to get to the beach, it was a pleasant walk. I would definitely stay here again!

This one-bedroom was plenty spacious for the two of us. Easy access/short walk to the beach, and pool was very nice. Full kitchen was great because we did cook/eat in quite a bit.

We had a great vacation staying in this condo! It was a great space for a family of 4 with plenty of room and amenities. The only negative I have to say is be careful of your vehicle in the parking garage, as this is the second time we’ve had our vehicle damaged by other guests parked in a parking space.

Very roomy and nice! The only complaint we have was that the hide-a-way beds were SOOOOO uncomfortable! We have two kids that slept on them and they didn't get a good nights rest the entire time. Master bedroom was nice and comfy, though. It was a bit of a walk to the beach but it was doable! LOVED having a washer and dryer and roomy kitchen!

There were 2 of us, so a one -bedroom was perfect since we there for several days. Having a kitchen and washer/dryer made things easier. But the place could have used a comforter or heavy blanket. I would also suggest new pots because the one I used were chipped. But it was a great price for what we paid for several days. My vacation haven always makes registration easy by emailing the info ahead of time.

Having stayed at Luau II on another vacation we knew the location etc and that's why we chose it this time. Great spot for beach and pool, walking and resort amenities. This property has everything two people could need for a week or more stay. Although more people could sleep in the unit it would stress bathroom scheduling!

My Vacation Haven provides good service and instructions for arrival and departure. The added gate security at the highway is a bonus.

Sandestin seems to be family oriented, at least during our stay, so there really isn't too much commotion and noise.

The only negative with this stay was the cleanliness upon arrival. All the surfaces in the condo were finger printed and dirty. The bathroom and kitchen were cleaned but not sparkling like we have had in the past. This was disappointing.

The room was very nice. Upon checking in we had a few issues getting the patio door to lock so my child would leave it alone. I called Maitnence number and they were very quick to respond and extremely friendly! Turns out there was nothing wrong with it but we were doing it wrong. There was a safety mechanism in the door handle you have to pull up on before the door will let you lock it. Who knew? Haha the king size bed was nice and comfortable. The two pull out beds on the couches were not very comfortable but what pullout bed is comfy? The other two guests traveling with us slept on the couches and they said they slept great! It has a storage locker in the parking garage with tons of beach, 4 chairs, 2 umbrellas boogie boards and much more so don't bring anything! It's all their waiting for you! It is not far at all to the beach just a short walk, if you have kids and you are carrying a ton of stuff you may prefer to drive which they have parking by the. Each also. But if you walk it only takes like 3-4minutes.
