Let the Florida vibes take over the minute you walk into this beachside paradise with an open concept floor plan that will give you space to wind down and take you away from the world.

This unit features a master bedroom with king bed and full sleeper sofa in the living room. The spacious ensuite bath is equipped with two entry doors, which makes hosting a breeze, plus a tub/shower combo with handrails. Enjoy the flat screen TVs in the living area and bedroom and the closet full of MVH goodies to make beach trips hassle-free.

When it’s time for fun in the sun, head down to the private complex pool equipped with loungers, grotto waterfall, and seasonal Tiki Bar for food and frozen drinks. Take your private beach access to Miramar Beach and let the turquoise waters wash your troubles away! At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed Wi-Fi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The majority of the condos in the Luau towers provide panoramic views ranging from the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico to the Tops’l Preserve.     Excellent condo and location. Vacation Haven were great hosts. Plenty of parking, easy to get around the resort. Condo was clean and spacious. Luau towered were great as well. Only helpful thing would be a map of the resort and some info on the trams but we figured it out! There are steps to get to the beach access so fyi if you have a wagon, you have to take the long way around!

    We loved the view of the pool and the fact that it was on the 3rd floor. The decor was absolutely beautiful!! The pool was actually really warm, so that was nice for the cooler days. The hot tub was always hot, a little smaller than we would have liked, but we ended up meeting a lot of people that way. A few things that could make the stay worth coming back would be a full length mirror, a Keurig, beach towels (the beach closet only had two chairs and an umbrella). Other than that everything was pretty amazing!

    The location is great, and the beach was absolutely beautiful. Be ware, this is not beach front. You can get a glimpse of the ocean, but you cannot see the beach. The condo is lovely, but the living room furniture was extremely sandy and the mattress badly needs to be replaced.

    We have stayed at Luau II several times. This unit was AMAZING! The view is awesome overlooking the pool, the unit itself was so clean and had everything you need, bed was super comfy and bathroom was larger than most units in this building. We absolutely loved it. We will definitely be back!

    The pictures don't do this place justice! The view out the main window at sunset is perfect! The condo is beautiful! We were there for a wedding with friends that stayed all over in Sandestin, and all said ours was the best! I agree!! Location is great! Everything is great!

    We loved this unit. Super clean and beachy. Overlooks the best pool in the resort. Short walk to the beach and waterfront restaurant. Amazing golf course access. Would definitely rent this condo again!

    My husband and I had a very relaxing time by the pool. Poolside is gorgeous. I wrote a review in the homeowners guest book. What a nice idea! I should have left this part of the review there . I wish there had been a full length mirror to see what you were wearing and our preference is for a firmer mattress. None of these are that important. The unit was just renovated beautifully just before we arrived. Hope to come back next year!!
