Unit 6526 is a studio condo that offers much more than your typical one-room unit. In this beach side home, you’ll have a full kitchenette equipped with sink, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven and regular toaster, along with a coffee maker and utensils for all your meal needs. This unit offers a king bed and a full sleeper sofa, sleeping 4 comfortably. Newly redecorated, this unit also has a full bathroom with large vanity and tub/shower combo.

The best part of the Luau II tower is that you’ll have the comforts of home yet have access to all the resort amenities Luau has to offer, such as the beautiful lagoon style pool. Head downstairs and marvel at the beauty of the clear water, palm trees, grotto waterfall, and tiki snack bar. The pool area has loungers, tables, and chairs for your comfort and convenience.

Just steps away from the beach is your Miramar Beach vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed Wi-Fi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with full-size kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans. The majority of the condos in the Luau towers provide panoramic views ranging from the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico to the Tops’l Preserve.     Overall very nice, I had a couple of concerns that were addressed while I was there. I would recommend the property but not the unit 6526, the view was perfect, only concern was the carpet, needs a deep cleaning or replaced.

    Great Resort Location

    The size of this room fit my family of 3 perfectly for a quick Spring Break getaway. We loved the heated pool and resort amenities. The beach was very close and if we didn't want to drive, the tram makes many stops on the resort. A couple things that didn't negatively affect our stay but could've made it easier ... The kitchenette does not have any cooking utensils. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch daily in our room. A toaster oven was provided and I brought a griddle as well but there was no oven mit or utensils to cook with which made things a little difficult. Also, the mini fridge has a small freezer section that didn't actually keep food frozen. We caught fish on our trip and put it in the freezer to make traveling home with it easier. When we left and pulled it out of the freezer after a few days, the fish was not actually frozen. We are coming back in June but with a larger group. We loved the resort so much that we booked another property, a larger one this time, on it. :)

    Miramar Beach have a great location close the beach. Very nice building with big swim pools with two elevators and good free parking. Studio is nice, clean and lovely styling with Fine Porcelain and sheet set Cotton Sateen so super and have anything what need for week vacation. Rental management Staff “My Vacation Haven” is wonderful (special Amanda Thank you!) Very like didn’t physically contact with Customer Service because Pandemic time.. but they work excellent on the phone and had a wonderful care. Thank you!

    The rental was amazing! Very clean and had everything we needed plus beach chairs and an umbrella! The view from the balcony was very serene. The beach was steps away from the rental. There was also a very nice restaurant by the beach too. Overall we loved it and would definitely book again!

    We had a wonderful experience and my vacation haven met all of our needs and requests. They were very helpful with anything that came up during our stay. We found a few minor things wrong when we got there and I was so scared we would be charged for things the past renters had done. They noted it and made sure we weren’t charged. This gained my trust so we will definitely use them in the future. I want to not it was nothing major and did not affect our stay.
