Unit 6626 is a spacious studio on the 6th floor of the towers with king bed and queen sleeper sofa sleeping 4 comfortably. This beachside rental features a stocked kitchenette, a large mini fridge, full bath, and a dinette set for morning coffee. With the addition of a Juliet balcony and flat screen TV, you’ll have everything you need for the perfect beach trip!

Downstairs, you’ll have access to the private community pool for Luau guests only. Featuring one of the best pools around, this lagoon-style oasis offers loungers, palm trees, a grotto waterfall, and seasonal tiki bar! Grab your suit and enjoy the Gulf sun whenever you’re ready.

The best part of staying at the Luau towers is the location. Situated on Miramar Beach, you’re a quick walk away to the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf. Pack a beach bag and spend your vacation in the Florida heat. You don’t even need to pack a lunch! Right on the shoreline, enjoy the convenience of Barefoot’s Beachside Bar & Grill and The Beach House Restaurant.

About the Community of Luau
Just steps away from the beach is your Destin vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed WiFi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with full-size kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans. The majority of the condos in the Luau towers provide panoramic views ranging from the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico to the Tops’l Preserve. Amenities such as golf, tennis, biking, boating, water sports & more are available locally at additional costs.

    The unit is clean and the furniture is in good condition. The property is clean as well. Only a short walk to the beach. The beach is very over crowded. I visited the area on business but wouldn't chose to vacation there due to the over crowding.

    Had a wonderful time staying here! It was just a short walk to the beach, and if you don't feel like going to the beach just hang out at the pool. Will definitely come back!

    Don’t think twice about this place. Everything you can ask for in a condo is here. It’s located behind Hilton Hotel , few minutes walk to the beach. The condo is part of Sandestin Beach Resort so if you’re tired from swimming just go to the Bayside part and have you a good meal. Stroll around Baytowne Wharf and shop. The Resort is amazing especially for families. From the moment I booked our stay until the day of our checkout was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much, we will definitely going back.

    Beautiful views! Had everything we needed for a 4 night stay :) Great views, close to everything, beach chairs, umbrellas and toys provided as well as cleaning supplies. Helpful tips through My Vacation Haven and on site. Would definitely stay again! Wonderful trip!

    This stay was so nice! The room was clean and free of clutter. There were chairs, umbrellas and toys provided to use at the beach. The resort pool and tiki bar were a huge plus! There was a vacuum provided for easy cleanup. Covered parking garage provided safe storage. Overall a great experience and would recommend! Thanks.

    It was great. Awesome view from the condo, amenities galore, close to everything, codes all worked as advertised, guard at the gate helped us all 3 days. Place was clean, comfortable and plenty large enough for two people. Covered parking was a plus as well. I will definitely be back!

    We enjoyed our stay. Room was super clean and updated decor. The bed was a little uncomfortable so it hurt our backs/hips, but still great stay overall. Also, there is no dishwasher or washer/dryer in the unit. I missed that note when I booked, but probably to be expected in a studio.

    We had a great stay in Sanddestin in a studio at Luau II. The room was very comfortable and clean. It is brightly decorated and has a wonderful view of the pool. You can also see the Gulf and the Bay. It was an easy walk to the beach and mini golf. The pool is attractive and relaxing. Two small refrigerators gave us more space for drinks. I would definitely stay here again for a long weekend. I personally would need more of a full kitchen for a longer stay.

    I 100% enjoyed my vacation. The unit was nice and clean with a great view. The tram was awesome and a great way to get around the resort. Enjoyed Bayfront and the many shops and restaurants.

    In conclusion, would definitely stay there again.

    What a great vacation! My husband and I wanted a quiet beach trip and 6626 was the perfect place. The studio had a kitchenette with everything we needed, and I love the beachy colors in it. It was very clean and in a great location by the beach. We will be back!
