This truly unique property offers guests a “mix-n-match” option to rent the property as a 2-bedroom condo, a 1-bedroom condo or as a studio. This option is ideal when hosting multiple families, a mother-in-law, a couple on a getaway weekend or maybe a girls’ weekend. When you select your layout, you’re able to tailor your needs to each guest for added privacy and access to the best Gulf views and amenities offered by a large condo rental.

Rented as a 1-bedroom:
Your private entryway opens to a very spacious and open floor plan. Immediately your eyes are drawn to the Gulf views from the wrap around balcony and large windows and glass doors. Day or night you can take in the sights of the resort and sounds of the Gulf.

As a 1-bedroom, your vacation is complete with almost unlimited amenities and a full kitchen, living area, dining area and floor-to-ceiling windows. The Gulf views surround you and offer glimpses of the golf course, Luau pool, resort grounds and emerald green waters! The bedroom is separate from the living space and offers a king-size bed with ensuite bathroom.

About the Community of Luau
Just steps away from the beach is your Miramar Beach vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed Wi-Fi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with full-size kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans. The majority of the condos in the Luau towers provide panoramic views ranging from the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico to the Tops’l Preserve. Amenities such as golf, tennis, biking, boating, water sports & more are available locally at additional costs.

    Had the perfect week with my family! The views were beautiful!! We enjoyed the balcony every evening as you can see the beach, pool, and golf course. We love the location and rented bikes which I highly recommend as we biked to our favorite restaurants (The Surf Hut, Pompano Joes, Another Broken Egg). The condo was clean and perfect for us. We have stayed in the Luau II several times and we will definitely be staying here again! The owner answered any questions we had and check in/out was a breeze!

    We loved to stay in this condo. Beautiful panoramic views. updated unit and clean. Bedroom & bathroom are a little smaller than expected, but okay. Overall, we loved the unit and we had great time

    Nice clean condo. Beautiful location. 9th floor. For not staying on the beach you get a nice view of the ocean and the resort from the balcony. Only negative- the TV could be updated with a Firestick to view some streaming services or allow the guests to use their streaming services to add to stay in evenings.

    We have stayed here previously and the updates made to the property are great. Location is awesome and the view is spectacular. My only suggestion is to have less furniture in the living room. It feels too crowded for that space.

    We have been coming to Luau for the past 10 years! We absolutely love the private entrance with security! It was a clean rental! Loved the ambiance and the very well designed interior! Price was very reasonable given we came at a peak time of year! Would definitely consider coming back to this unit!

    This condo is very nice and has a wonderful view of the gulf and the pool! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. My only suggestion would be to include a few basic spices such as salt, pepper, garlic, basil, etc. We had a wonderful time!!

    Beautiful Condo with amazing view of the ocean and resort! Very clean, cozy and within walking distance to a few restaurants and a short drive to shops and other cute little restaurants! Hosts were very responsive and timely with requests. The place is well secured as well with gates and security.

    We arrived with easy access, it was super clean and beautiful! The view was breath taking and was a very short walk to the beach. The bed was super comfy and even the pull out was comfortable! We would definitely go back and even would want the same room!!! The only fault we had at all was the pool was cold and they wouldn’t turn the heater on, it definitely needs to be heated!!! But the room, the resort, and the location was all amazing !!!!

    Great overall experience. My Vacation Haven was a pleasure to work with. Beautifully furnished condo with great views. I have used Vacation Haven Haven several times in the past for rentals at Luau at Sandestin, but this was by far the nicest condo we have stayed in here. I would definitely rent this same unit again.
