The master bedroom has a king sized bed, en suite bathroom with granite counters, and a gorgeous private balcony access. The second bedroom hosts a queen sized bed and floor to ceiling windows for a great view of the Gulf of Mexico.

When you’re ready to relax on the beach, it’s just a short walk away. If relaxing on the beach is just too much work, then you can easily change the scenery with a visit to the Luau's lagoon-shaped pool with hot tub, swim under waterfall, and sun deck.

At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed WiFi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The majority of the condos in the Luau towers provide panoramic views ranging from the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico to the Tops’l Preserve.     First I want to say we definitely are back, the location and views are amazing! The place had everything we needed, the cleaning staff that incredibly friendly. I’ve been coming to sandestin for six years now this has to be the best condominium I have stayed in. (the only problem that occurred to me was the man on the sunset deck kept staring directly into the room, and smoking).

    Beautiful property, only a 4 minute walk to the beach!! They provide several beach chairs and boogie boards. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes/cookware and the views from the balcony are incredible!!

    We were very pleased with the view and apartment. We were disappointed that the heating and air was never fixed during our stay. They did open up adjacent apartment which was nice during warmer days. Location to the gulf and restaurants was definitely a plus. The description of apartment is very representative. We would stay again.

We ordered pizza from Romeo’s off Hwy 98. They deliver to your room. We are at The Beach House just outside the condo. And we cooked at the condo. Used one of three convenient gas grills located on the Ground Level.

    I had a wonderful stay with my husband and 2 boys. Loved the décor. Everything felt clean. The views were amazing and looked exactly like the pictures. Well, that's not true... it was even better! Whenever I am in the area, this place will be my first choice.

    I had a wonderful stay with my husband and 2 boys. Loved the décor. Everything felt clean. The views were amazing and looked exactly like the pictures. Well, that's not true... it was even better! Whenever I am in the area, this place will be my first choice.

    We stayed four nights in the condo and our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. I would definitely stay here again. Every thing is co-located to the ocean and within walking distance and the views are amazing. We had a very comfortable stay and plan to stay there again and maybe make it an annual tradition for our family. We made two calls to maintenance. We had one call in for a wasp nest that had formed and a broken remote. Showed up right away

    Our place had an excellent view , modern and clean with everything we needed for a comfortable homelike stay. Our management company provided excellent communication and service even bringing g a drop coffee maker upon request in under 30 minutes .

    We rented this unit last minute due to extended stay at the beach and do not regret it. The unit was everything and more, excellent views and the penthouse was decorated very nice. All furniture and bedding was wonderful. Easy access to the unit, pool area was also nice, evenings were cool and the hot tub was awesome.

    We have stayed at this condo several times in the past and always return. It is clean and spacious and well located. My Vacation Haven is very easy to book with and provide a very easy check in and out. And we really enjoyed the revamped baths.

    I can not brag enough on how awesome luau 7228 is. The condo itself is beautiful with up to date furniture and decoration. The place was so clean as if nobody had ever stayed there before us. The best feature of this condo is the penthouse views it offers. The front balcony has breathtaking views of the shoreline and the other hotels/condos along the beach that were picture perfect during the day and at night time. This place is in short walking distance to the beach, and in close proximity to stores/restaurants you might want to visit on your stay. When I come back I will definitely try to book condo 7228. It made for a great Destin/ Miramar beach experience and lots of memories for my family and I!!

    We have stayed in several rental properties, this one by far is the best. The location, amenities and layout of the penthouse are above what we have stayed in, in the past. Decorations and furnishings of the penthouse are relaxing, comfortable and updated. The views are awesome. We will definitely will be staying here again.     We have stayed in several San Destin properties over the past 15 years, and this condo was by far our favorite! The decorations, furniture, and electronics were all up to date. The trek to the beach is not the easiest if you have a lot of gear (because it requires navigating stairs coming off the Luau property or walking all the way around in the street), but the Luau pool is by far the best.

    The condo was beautiful and clean. Nothing negative to say about the condo itself. The parking for the building - if you have a lifted truck or suv, you won't be able to fit in the garage. Condo is a bit of a walk from the beach so definitely need to have some sort of wagon etc. to tote all the items you want to have at the beach with you. Condo does have a small cart available, but not big enough for the whole family. If you want a great view, this spot will definitely work for you. We enjoyed our stay regardless of the inconveniences, just wish we would've known in advance about the parking situation since the gravel parking area is all the way down the hill and when the area is busy you have to wait to get a parking spot. Paying for a penthouse - you expect a certain level of luxury and having to wait to find a parking spot and then walk to the top of the hill with our belongings - not a fan. But as I've stated before, the condo is beautiful, the views from inside the condo and on the patio are wonderful.

    We were at the Hilton for a conference and was so thankful that we decided to rent this unit instead. It was beautifully decorated, awesome view, and furnished with everything we could need even a Keurig. I was nice to have a refrigerator with breakfast or snacks for later. The pool area is very nice and refreshing and with a short walk to hotel or beach, it sits at a great location. Thanks so much for the opportunity to stay in this lovely unit.

    We rented this beautiful penthouse for our stay in Destin. We love the Luau towers. The penthouse made our stay exceptional. It was very clean and neat and beautifully decorated. Our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 children) were very comfortable. I would only suggest bringing a couple of throw towels or rugs for the tile on the bedroom floors as they can get sandy and you don't want to track that around.

    Loved this place, looks updated and nice decor. Photos are perfectly accurate, amazing views. 5 min walk to the beach, easy to haul chairs and umbrella provided. Had some rain a few days but still found things to do nearby. Would stay here again.

    This was our second year in a row at Sandestin Resort. Upon arriving, we discovered that the air conditioner was inoperable in the unit we had reserved, but the staff at Vacation Haven was quick in responding to the call and offered us another unit when they realized that the air could not be fixed. We loved the new unit and will definitely be looking to book it again in the future. The view was awesome and the unit was perfect for us!!
