    This condo was perfect for our family of 4 with room to spare! We stayed during 4th of July weekend and appreciated that Magnolia Bay has its own pool. This helped with crowd control as the main Sandestin pool was crowded. The condo itself was super clean and in a great location. The master bedroom and bath are extra spacious and comfortable! There are upgrades in this condo that we really enjoyed such as the extra large master shower. The customer service was fantastic. They checked on us and were very responsive.

    Our vacation rental in Miramar Florida was very nice townhouse. So appreciative of the laundry (stackable full size machines. Wonderful shopping opportunities from a high end mall with grocery stores and restaurants a golf cart ride away. And the beach was a golf cart ride away. Beach chairs, umbrellas and toys all came with the place.The place was beautiful the beds were so comfortable with nice large bathrooms. It was very clean. The kitchen was also gorgeous and well appointed. The views of the golf course were just ok, but right outside our covered and screened patio. The golf cart was awesome! However the dining room chairs were pretty upholstered blue and super heavy and uncomfortable! Also the bar stools were uncomfortable too.

    We’ve stayed at this property twice and LOVE it!!! Very spacious and clean. My kids can walk to Baytowne and my husband plays golf so he loves being on the golf course. Can’t wait to return to this property soon.

    This location is perfect. Just a short walk or golf cart ride to the Baytowne Wharf, shopping and restaurants. The condo was very clean. It was nice to have parking right out front and a garage. There were beach chairs which were nice to have on hand. The master bed is very comfortable and adjustable. There is a desk to accommodate remote work. The lake across the street is stocked with fish. The property managers are very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

    This town home is awesome!!! We stayed for a week and never wanted to leave! The only complaint we had was having a four person golf cart with five people! Other than that, this location is awesome; deep into the resort but not too deep, RIGHT NEXT TO the wharf and can see fireworks from back patio, grills, nice and refinished recently!! Loved this house and look forward to going back again!

    We've been to Sandestin for years - and this was our favorite location yet. Right across the street from Baytowne Wharf, at the 8th hole of the Baytowne Golf Course, nice property all around (very clean).

    We have vacationed in San Destin many times and always enjoy our visits! This home was just as described. We found the house clean and neat. We had a great view of the golf course from the back porch. We loved having the golf cart, as well! The golf cart makes trips to the beach and Publix so EASY! We had a GREAT week!

    Great place to stay with high level of finishes. Huge tv, two master suites, nice decorations, golf cart-- all contributed to an enjoyable stay! We play tennis, so the unit's close proximity to the tennis center was a plus.

    We had a great stay for the Gumbo Festival! Convenient location! The bed was awesome...very comfy!! The cover on the golf cart was a plus as well! Kept us warmer in the cool weather.

    Had a great time on the Sandestin resort. Especially liked having the golf cart to get around.
