Welcome “To The Beach”, your retreat from everyday life. This delightful 3 BR/2BA home is located in Magnolia Village on SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT® along the Links Golf Course. Enjoy true resort style vacation living while cruising around the resort in the 6 passenger golf cart that comes with this rental for guest use.

The home's unique Florida style sun room serves as the property's entryway and is filled with windows to allow natural light to flood the area. In this sun filled room, there is a large flat screen TV and a daybed with a trundle bed, perfect for extra sleeping arrangements.

The living area is tiled throughout and also has a Flat screen TV with sliding glass doors that open out to the patio and beautiful views of the golf course. The updated kitchen is fully equipped and is located just next to the dining area that has seating for 8.

The lovely master bedroom offers a king bed, flat screen TV and plenty of closet space! The guest bedrooms are perfect for accommodating the rest of your friends and family with one having two twin beds and the other having a queen bed. Both of these guest rooms have a small desk/vanity area.

Bring your furry family member along with you as this house is PET FRIENDLY! In fact, there is even a fold out fence located near the grill on the patio that will wrap around a large section of the patio and back yard so that your pets can enjoy the outdoors with you. After all, they are part of the family and need to be included! *Please note that there is an additional $250 fee for a one pet and $350 fee for two pets.

The sugar white sand, crystal clear water, and 2400 acres of lush landscaping offer the perfect setting for a memorable family vacation.

Good size for 4-6 people. We utilized the golf cart a lot. One thing you need to know is do not arrive early because the code WILL NOT work until your rental start time.

if I’m honest in this review, our stay did not start out as well as we had hopes. We received a phone call on our way in and were told that there was a problem with the golf cart at our unit and we were told that it would not be there and we would be without one for at least the first part of our stay. I must admit we were all, especially me, very upset about this since that was one of the reasons that we chose this unit, because of that ability to get around without having to drive everyone in our vehicles. However I must say that Michelle , on your customer service team went over and beyond to satisfy Awes us and come up with a loaner until we get our cart back and thankfully, we got the cart back Monday afternoon. But again , I must applaud Michele for her assistance and making sure that we were taken care of. You Have a wonderful team member with her. She also made sure that we were satisfied throughout our stay as we still had problems with the golf cart, but it all got resolved through her help. The rest of our stay was wonderful. The home was absolutely wonderful, and provided for everything we needed. The location was also spot on as it gave us easy access to everything within the community. Our entire family enjoyed the vacation and said we would return. Once again, thank you, especially Michele for making sure that our stay was enjoyable.

We absolutely loved our stay! We were able to bring our old lab with us, which made us so happy! The location was perfect, close to the entrance of sandestin and so easy to get to everything! The golf cart was so fun and really a must in my opinion if you’re staying on property. We enjoy unpacking our vehicle and not getting back in it again until we leave a week later! The golf cart is perfect for grocery shopping at Publix or going to Destin commons or the wharf for a meal! You can get to the beach by cart as well as parks and pools, even the golf course! We loved that the house had an outdoor patio space and grill! We took full advantage of eating in after laying on the beach all day! The kitchen is fully stocked and has good quality cooking utensils. Overall, a great rental! We really enjoyed our time here and will be booking again next year! Thank you!!

We really enjoyed the amount of space this place provided. There were three bedrooms and an extra sleeping space as well. There was a huge dining room table that fit us all. We also loved having the use of the golf cart which can fit 6 people. The fact that this house was pet friendly was the best part about it, there's even a small gate leading out back so that your pup can safely sit with you. Improvements: The dryer didn't work during our stay even after being serviced, that was inconvenient.

Amazing home for families and pets. Plenty of space for everyone and the dogs loved the outdoor area where they could watch the golfers and enjoy the weather. The golf cart was clutch as we didn’t touch our car the entire week because everything was so convenient.

We go down to Destin every year, usually mid to late Sept. We've been staying in the Sandestin for the past few years. This has been one of the best places we've stayed. We're already talking to some friends about going down with us next year.

Magnolia Village is the place to be if you don’t want to be too close yet just close enough to the beach, the outlets, the grocery store & restaurants. Everything about this property fit our needs for a great family stay. We were very comfortable. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 dogs. All the essentials for cooking. We absolutely loved the community and the golf cart was a huge plus! We were able to take the cart to the grocery store and even the beach which was very fun! Also you never really needed to leave the gated area because there were shops and restaurants within. The beach was amazing. It is one of the top 10 most beautiful beaches in the U.S and lived up to the title with the sugar sand beach and emerald waters. Highly recommend!

This was my seventh year renting at Sandestin. This was a great long term rental; updated, well maintained, clean, extremely well appointed kitchen, pet friendly. We loved staying at 505 Magnolia Village. The owner has created a warm, comfortable beach house. We especially liked the foldout fence on the patio that was perfect for our family dog to be on the patio. Everyone at Vacation Haven made our stay so easy. Communications came like clockwork, and the people there were extremely helpful and efficient.

Our family of six had a wonderful six day stay at this fabulous condo! The home was super cute, super clean, and had lots of space for us to relax, cook, sleep and dine. This was our first time to Sandestin . Although this property was on the bayside we had no problems getting to the beach. The teenagers in my family loved taking the golf cart around . It was perfect to take my mom for rides around the property so she could enjoy the resort. Inside we had plenty of room and the cottage had everything we needed . Great place to enjoy Sandestin.

Very pleasant experience. Easy to get to and access the rental. Lovely rental for my whole family. The golf cart was wonderful for getting to the beach and area shops and restaurants.

Everything was as expected and more. We had a great time. Love the beaches. It is a great location and the property is well maintained. It would be nice to have a 6 seat golf cart.

Magnolia village was perfect for our group. We were visiting the area for a basketball team camp, but were also looking forward to enjoying a little sun and fun. The home was very clean, more convenient than a hotel, and allowed us to have some space to get rest. We were thrilled that the home was located near all of the excitment ( beach, water park, shopping mall). We look forward to staying here again next year.
